Here's some basic info, for a start:

Suuya is a sly Xanos who specializes in healing - and poisoning. Unless the other dragon is a friend (which is unlikely in the first place), she is more likely to poison them than heal them, just for laughs.
She is always level-headed and patient, though she has a twisted sense of humor.

Her name is based off of the word "soothsayer."
