"re:" stands for "replying:". basically, since you don't get notifs if you commented on a post, people do a thing where they post a comment, which replies to what someone said on another post (e.g.: re: I finished your request!)
also ilya colors is trying to make you non-existent
i can't view online comments on my 2ds, and i only found your existence via checking my follower count
