Alberich: *Yawned loudly as he was walking down the hallway, the weather was chilly, which always made him very sleepy and prone to falling asleep randomly, he wasn't watching where he was going as he walked.*

Laurentia: *walked to Alberich from behind, immediately noticing he was dazing off* ... *frowned* ... Headmaster. I believe I have told you to sleep tonight, have I not?

Alberich: Ah, good morning josephine. *He replied, saying a random name* Yyou did... and i did. mind that it was only 2 hours, but i slept som- Aaahh! *Alby stopped mid sentence as he found himself tripping over his robe fall face first onto the floor*

Laurentia: *her gaze became as cold as ice, as her visible eye slightly gleamed* Excuse me? Who is "Josephine"?

Alberich: *Sat up, and stared at laurentia for a good few seconds, not understanding what she meant* Huh? Who is josephine? *He looked quizzically, not realizing his mistake at all*

Laurentia: ... You just called me Josephine. *kept staring at him coldly* And you mentioned the fact you have slept for only two hours, for reasons you haven't specified. Is there something I have to know?

Alberich: ! Oh dear, i'm terribly sorry, i had not meant to... *Listening, he realized how bad what he said had actually sounded, and quickly stood back up* No, it's nothing of that sort! i would never do such a thing! It was... it... i'm, i'm honestly a bit embarrassed to admit the reason behind my lack of sleep.

Laurentia: ... Explain at once. My "friend" is right behind me listening, and he doesn't seem to be very happy about this...

Alberich: *Put his hands up defensively* It was a novel... or, to be more specific... A romance novel. *He blushed slightly*

Alberich: *He did as he was told, slowly opening the book, prepairing to see whatever, or rather whomever this 'creature' that's usually near lauren on a regular basis finally was.

/Laurentia just stood there, a bit tense because of the fact that the considerably bigger, barely humanlike figure that was leaning on the corridor's wall, darkened by the shadow of a pillar could have easily scared Alberich/

???: ... *waves* About time...
Laurentia: ... Are you done now? You got what you wanted, haven't you?
???: *grins* Yeah... I admit I was pretty impatient to have a chat with him...

lberich: *stood there staring, his expression turned serious* ...So... i take it your that invisible being that i finally have to honor of meeting?

Alberich: *Al was semi dumbfounded at the question, as he didn't expect the creature from the book, who from what lauren was saying name was charun, to be so lighthearted* ... You are... far less threatening than i honestly expected you to be... i don't think i wish to share that info with you, it's... private.

Laurentia: ... If you expected some kind of demonic beast, you were wrong-
Charun: Ah, so it is!~
Laurentia: ... *blushes and looks away*
Charun: We finally have something in common, a book all for us... Don't we, Lauren?~
Laurentia: Shut up... *covers her face with her hand*
Charun: *chuckles a bit*

Alberich: E-enough with that. *Blushing again* instead sense i have this chance, why don't i ask you some questions instead, if you'd be willing to answer them sir charun.

Charun: ... Depends on the kind of question, I'm pretty sure you understand I might not want to share some details... But sure, go on. Laurentia there needs a couple minutes to calm down anyway... Oh, and no need to call me "sir", it's rather unnecessary...
Laurentia: ... *grunts*

Alberich: Then i'll try my best to not pry. Question one, i understand you've been with lauren for the majority of her life, but, how old would you say you are? Question two, are you bound to the book? as in, you can only go where it goes? Question three... what is your exact relationship to laurentia?

Charun: I am afraid I cannot answer any of those questions fully, especially the first two. As for the third, I'd say I am doing what I'm doing because of... A series of events that occurred in the past decades. You may say the reason why I forged this contract with her is quite close to hers for keeping the contract.
Laurentia: ... Why are you keeping that as a secret?
Charun: Because it's personal. And because I'm not as faithful as you are towards mortals. He might not know why, but you do, so please don't ask me questions you already know the answer to.

Charun: Mostly when Laurentia is alone... If I wamder around like this for too long, ot would start consuming too much energy from her... So only if necessary. I can hear and see from the book tho, so I'm fully aware of Laurentia's safety at all times...
Laurentia: You say that like I can't protect mysf on my own... *sighs* Don't make me sound so unprofessional...!

Alberich: A spell you say, i feel personally responsible for everyone in grimoira, and... i'd personally like to be able to at the least be aware of your presence, lauren, sense you have permission to do so, i ask that you.

Alberich: Yes, of course. *hands the tome back to laurentia* Somehow, i feel as if i may come to regret this.

Laurentia: ... You indeed will.

Laurentia: Yes. You are. You're easily comparable to Joseph. Now if you'll excuse me... *takes the tome and looks through the pages, eventually finding the spell she was looking for, reading it quietly, only her lips moving as her eyes shifted from word to word*

Alberich: just to clarify, this spell won't have any lasting side effects, for example, a marking or tattoo or anything of the sort, will it?

Charun: It won't. It's not a contract... However, I am not the only creature that becomes visible with. You'll start to see other beings from other dimensions...
Laurentia: *keeps reading, completely focused on her spellbook*

Alberich: Is that something i should be worried about? *Alby was becoming increasingly worried* speaking of, is there anything else i should be aware of about the spell about to be cast on me?

Charun: No. Laurentia wouldn't be dling this if it were dangerous in any means.
Laurentia: *stops reading, closing the book* ... *looks up at Alberich carefully, staring at his eyes*

Laurentia: ... Yes. His eyes reacted accordingly.
Charun: *chuckles a bit* You sound like you left a mark...
Laurentia: Ah, I suppose I should explain... It's nothing permanent or particularly noticeable, it's just your pupils. They shrink for a moment, when the spell takes effect. One of us with a mark on an eye is more than enough, is it...?
Charun: *stayed silent for a moment* I... I suppose I should let you be for now... *merged with his own stadow, soon returning in the spellbook he camd from*
Laurentia: ... *looks away* And... Sorry for doubting you. Before, I mean.

Alberich: I wouldn't even want to imagine the possible precusions if that were the case. *walks towards her, putting his hand on her head and smiling* No need to apologize for that, i should have been more clear with what i was saying. it hadn't even accured to me how what i said sounded. haha.

Laurentia: Still... *sighs* I shouldn't jump to cobclusions like that, and you shouldn't let me get away with it so easily...
