This is Mayla, the main character from a story my friend and I are making called Skaifall. (Pronounced Skyfall) The marking on her eye is a tattoo she was forced to get as a child when she was given to the freakshow and logo of the "Perfects".

Those are supposed to be wings behind her, I can't draw wings.
