Forel is the leader of the only tribe of Kerbria in Sylyore. Yet the ones off the island are much less advanced and don't have what these ones have... Powers.

These Kerbria gained powers by their allies, The Tree Dragons. They worked together to protect the forest and survive. But once they were attacked, the TreeDragons sent them out of their hidden home to protect them. Soon only a few were left and then just one... A pregnant Queen TreeDragon her baby is still alive today. The powers the Kerbria possess are the ability to create light energy based weaponry and items, much like the Nen Rii which might have been with the TreeDragons too. These guys hold many secrets, especially Forel. She met the Queen herself. Her feather on her necklace has some importance too! (But I'll tell about that later on hehe)
