An artist who is satisfied with their art is an artist who doesn't improve.
I draw to get better, in order to strive to get better i can never feel fully satisfied with my skills, they must always get better, i must want them to get better, and in order to do that i can't be ok with my current style.
How would i feel the need to improve if i felt like there was nothing to improve?
if this is making no sense, in other words, disatisfaction in your art is actually a good thing. as it makes you want to get better & better.
