Hey, life's rough sometimes--we've all been there in one way or another. I doubt my experience was very similar to yours, but here's something that helped me: I was having trouble seeing the /point/ of things, which eventually led to not being able to see the point of /life/. Then I realized that I don't have to know what the point of it is to enjoy it. So long as I can accept /this/ moment, the /present/ moment as real, as /the/ most important thing, I can live. I mean, we can't even prove that the past even existed or that the future will ever exist--all we truly know is the present. So as long as we can remember that, we can fully engage in the present moment and leave no regrets behind.
I don't know if any of that even applies to what you're going through, but I hope something will help.
