Jiggzerr (pronounced Zig-zer)
Info part one!
Jiggzerrs are carnivores who hunt only during the day. They cannot see in the dark.
Their neck is covered in dark red or brown feathers, which puff up when nervous or angry. The rest of their bodies are covered in fur.
Three tendrils expand from the face like whiskers. They are pale red and are covered in nerves.
Usually, Jiggzerr live in forested areas, though some have been found in mountain ranges.

Their long tails drag the ground and are usually longer than their body. Forest Jiggzerr eat fish, mice, and squirrel, while mountain Jiggzerr eat snow hare, pika, and birds.
Mountain Jiggzerr are paler in fur color than their forest family. They can grow to about three feet tall but are usually smaller than that.
