You seemed to lose her body in the twists and bends. I suggest go for more simple poses and work your way up to more complex ones, once you get a hang of bending and following the natural flow of their long bodies.

Her whiskers were also difficult to spot and should attach closer to her nostrils, don't feel shy about using more darker shading to define her as well. For example, my latest drawing of #BHOCSoryn, I went bold and risky with the shading and it paid off. Take some risks with your shading and lighting! That can go for all drawings, the bolder you get with poses, shading, lighting, backgrounds, etc... You'll find yourself improving in no time!

Her arms here are also two different sizes, I suggest taking a bit more time measuring them out, so they're even or if you're new to this. Just focus on one arm, keep the other hidden until you're comfortable with it.

This was a lot of rambling, I'm sorry and I hope I was somewhat helpful, I've helped tutor artists on here before. So if there's anything you want to ask, ask!

critique?? uM weeell, one leg is a LOT thinner than the other and it looks a bit off

but aside from that (and the 3d on the falling snow looking a bit flat - maybe put some snow on other layers, so it looks like they're everywhere?) I honestly can't think of anything else.

This looks so beautiful!! The northern lights idea is so unique! Goodluck! as for critique ideas... like @blood said her arms look like they're two different sizes, and the only other thing i see is that her snout is a little pointy, maybe try to round it a bit. But the looks amazing and i wish you luck in the contest :)
