The pokemon I hate fighting in-game are never Trainer or Gym Leader ones, it's wild pokemon.
Dugtrio is one of the fastest 'mons in Alola so it gets the first hit, steel-type means it has lots of resistances...and they are everywhere! They wears down my 'mons and my patience.

The absolute worst in-game pokemon to fight might be Bronzong, due to its abilities, but I did not have to fight nearly as many of those.
Dugtrio is more fun to draw anyway.
