VENOMOTH. QUIVER DANCE AND SILVERWIND SPAM GIVES ME LIFE.

right after i cleared the main story, i got veno (who i had anxiously wondered when id unlock the whole time i played through the story) and used it a bunch. veno with bug buzz/quiver dance/silverwind/sludge bomb (for sniping) delights my soul. especially when the veno has a few good emeras XD

it makes me sad i can only hqve one though. i mean, i could evolve venonat for another one, but then id lose venonat forever. (which sucks)

i just noticed i said "guy zard and chick riolu" in my other comment. ._. chick LUCARIO.

also, i cant wait to unlock giratina. i /could/ run to zero isle right now, but i want to beef up my zard & cario a little more before going there. i hate getting 2 shot by things and even though one's like level 43 and the other 38 with stats boosted some, i still dont think it's enough >.>

(im not giving enough of a cr.ap to type properly here again, dont feeeel like it)

what'd i think of the story? i thought it was alright, sh.it got real after the 2nd visit to revelation mountain o3o

infact, that big spoiler on the mountain completely blindsided me, i didnt expect it at all. it got a "WHAT?" out of me.
i was hoping it wasnt true becausei really took a liking to ____. i wonder how heavy of an accent he would have if he were voiced? XD

i think my favorite part was probably the part right after the spoiler above. it made me love mawile. (i was pretty neutral toward it in the past)

^ another part i liked was before you get to lively town, i LOVED listening to the sheer mountain range theme, so going through that dungeon was enjoyable for me. i couldnt help but bob my head at it lol

that theme is the scorching desert of SMD for me.
scorching desert is my absolute favorite track in GTI, and sheer mountain is my favorite in SMD.
i like calm craggy area, too.
PMD games have good soundtrack. i should have gotten the DS games. might get explorers of sky on the wii u sometime, i read around and it's on wii u VC. that's the PMD everyone praises, so im curious about it.

ALSO

there's one thing that's really annoying, and that's having to watch that unskippable "connected!" animation EVERY TIME you recruit somebody.
sometimes i contemplate not recruiting the pokemon that join you after you talk to to them if there are a bunch that are ready to join in a town.

i forgot when i stopped worrying about it, but i think it disturbed me for a little while. XD

i got giratina (groudon too) and... its walking animation. giratina looks hilarious when it walks, it looks like it's sliding around XD
i havent used groudon yet so i dont know if its animations are goofy.

also yeah gotta give major kudos to spike chunsoft for SMD, having to fully animate and make different facial portraits for over SEVEN HUNDRED pokemon mustve been hard.

...okay, not quite seven hundred, because models & portraits from GTI were reused, but GTI didnt have much to begin with so they still had a ton to make. i think they did a really good job so /KUDOS/.

i took it (actually.. wait... aint the one you get in super a guy?) into the 1st dungeon with my starters to do the water looplet "exploit" and boost their stats. (yes, im dirty like that lol I HAVE NO SHAME)

i love lucario's walking animation so much, i swear. that second time [spoiler i wont mention incase some person eeads this] ---- happened and i got to see lucario walk i was like "HOLY SH.IT I LOVE THIS ANIMATION"

now, that running animation, on the other hand... XD it looks kinda silly but i still like it. i wish charizard had walking animations, it's cool to fly around but i like seeing zard walk. (*insert introspektive joke*)

^ i think sm4sh and maybe pokken? vids are the only recent games where zard actually WALKS instead of just flying around.

CS has been doing sneaky updates on here lately, in june they:

-made it so ds users have notifications (in the past, only colorslive users had this)
-made non ds comments visible on dses (no more needing to go to ds e browser, a laptop or phone to look)

then around week ago they made non ds made paintings visible on the ds. it's pretty cool going & looking at art from IO years ago on here!
