I like playing dress up games because they can lead to interesting characters. This one inspired me so much that I had to draw her! I imagine she's a demon who used to be a pirate in the human world but when she was caught she was punished to carry souls over the ocean. She can watch pirate battles to look for lost souls, but she can never be a part of them..

The blue jewls are what keep her bound to this punishment.
