She was then given the choice to join their crew or die. So she joined.
She started of as a kitchen helper, the cook was really nice to her a taught her a lot. A couple months later, she felt like part of the crew. All the pirates loved her, and she learned to love them. One of the men taught her how to defend herself with the way of the dragon. She learned some haki as well, tho she struggled with it.
Then one day their ship was attacked and many of the pirates were wounded. The ships doctor also got shot and died. She immediatly stepped up to the role of ship doctor. For the next 5 years she lived on the ship. She eventually got the hand of haki and received her dragon tattoos after mastering the way of the dragon.
The Navy finally caught up with the ship on day though, she was in a town getting medical supplies when it happened. She was sadly the only one to get away.
She now resides in a port town as a doctor, tho she yearns to get back out to sea.

She's currently trying to get enough money to get her own ship or join another crew.

OH! And on one of her adventures with the pirates, she found a devil friut. Since she found it she was aloud to eat it. It turned out to be the bond-bond fruit. She's able to bond with anything she touches and control it. It's part of how she became a great doctor. She it also able to make people or animals bond with her, and manipulate them in to trusting her. She has a rule though to never do that unless it's an emergency.

Dislikes: Mean people, people who don't pay their medical bills. being alone, the navy, talking about her scar.
