I've had this idea since the beginning of Fall. I've waited for the right time. :)

So apparently, his hair goes silver and light blue during the Winter, because of his genes, having traces of arctic wolf in them, as well as regular wolf and human. His hair returns to its original color when Winter ends. This winter color also applies to his fur as a werewolf, as well as being a bit more fluffy and soft.
