also i get random sudden pain tn the left side of my chest sometimes that lasts for a couple seconds then goes away again and i don't know if i should be worried

My brother used to have pains like that, but I haven't heard anything about it in a while. He did change his diet though, so he's eating a lot healthier. I hope this is something you can shrug off. :0
