The bird IS too bright but the back ground is good.

Maybe shes just a glowing Articuno! Legendaries can get away with that right?
But if you run into that problem again, you could try using a color wash to adjust it a little. Use a very low opacity so you don't lose the details, but it would be enough to take some of the shine away. Great work, Im enjoying the series!
