Based off of @HolyPandaz words Caring, Wise, Mischevious.
He's a half dark elf half human hybrid dystruction magic master.
In his design I wanted the bags under his eyes most evident. He never sleeps willingly just because he finds it a waste of time.
The bags are basically big bruises and puffy to the touch.

Quarky, he gets bored easily and makes havoc to get entertained.
Anything from cheating in a game to setting a village ablaze and never really cares about consequences.
His caring side is actually... he gets attached to people easily, but IF he isn't attached you could burn in front of him and he'd laugh at your final horrified expression...
Despite being very cooky he is very wise... in the book sense. He never forgets a dystruction spell... but sometimes turns non leathal spells leathal by accident because of just how good at tem he is.
His rune on his face, ear, and neck is a healing glyph... but only works by being hit so he will sometimes slap his face to recover from minor injuries.
