Re: yeah i would recommend it! I'm not quite sure what it's like on computer but it's pretty simple for me on mobile and has a lot of stuff (some I haven't even used because I'm scared to experiment) i personally use it mostly for pixel art but I've seen people do a lot with it

I use Medibang- It works and has some pretty neat features, but its not the best.

Yup B') Back then a person who drew pokemon inspired me so such I did that exact thing
but when I downloaded it my desktop was filled with a bunch of things but eh Sai worked normally
had to use my fingers though
I don't own that laptop anymore but at least I know the actual website to get it from lol

Re: Photoshop cs6 sounds pretty good, i've seen people work magic with it (by itself, without sai or others)
but it would depend on what you want. One of the artists i admire use cs5
