Sage's protoge, he took over explosive production once Sage abandoned the industry. He can be described as "Exciteable". He considers himself a "dark lord", when in reality he's just a normal guy. Despite his childlike demeanor, he's very intelligent, having increased profits for the explosives by over 50 percent under his leadership. He's so popular within the organization, most prefer him to Sage. He dresses overly egdy to seem cool. Unlike Sage, Vicious likes to explore, rather than just sit in one place while running his empire. If you manage to intimidate him enough, he can actually be quite meek. He sees things in an overdramatic manner, and has a habit of think of ordinary things as legendary artifacts. Considers Sage leaving the business to be a betrayal, and is constantly looking for revenge against him.
