So where are we starting for the Zilariun dudes?

Just like every year the wind picked up on the mountains and it flowed down into the forests and plains of Sylyore. The blizzard soon was here again. Every creature hid underground and on the mountains. The mountains were covered in no snow nor were they cold. A new presence was near. One that hadn't been in sylyore since it's first trees grew.

Thuunawein trudged in his human form down one snow-laden street, his cloak wrapped tightly about himself. He kept his hood up to block the chilly wind from reaching his face. The Zilariun prince stopped when he reached the town center where a fountain stood, water frozen into jagged sculptures. "What are you doing out here in this cold?" he called out as he approached Prometheus, not knowing he was a Zilariun. "Shouldn't you be inside?"

Micxter was in a cave, Hush and Amber were talking with each other, while Mix blindly stared at the snow from a large crack inside. Hush didnt see, but he felt Micxster's sadness.

(He would get sooo ticked off, despite what he's said earlier. x'D)

Near the bottom of the mountains, Angeli was curled up in a cave. The cold wind kept blowing right into her no matter where she was in the cave. "When will this wind stop blowing..." she said to herself

Tredging through the snow easily, the same same odd figure that hadn't been here for years neared Angeli's cave. He was looking for a place to rest after using a lot of energy to arrive in sylyore.

Angeli's scent tail alerted her that someone was near her cave. she held her wings over her head as she went out the cave to see a figure outlined in the storm "Hello?" she called out

The Star Kingdom was covered in snow as Tsunami and Splash were up stairs watching the blizzard. Star stayed down on his throne, sleeping on it as usaully.

He perked his feathered ears when he heard a voice. He was silent but he approached her till he was visible enough. He looked at her with curious eyes. "Whats another winged feline like you doing out here in this deadly cold?" He asked, tilting his head. He kept his wings tucked in, his orb and eyes glowed through the fog.

"It looks hard this year." Splash said outloud. "Wat ih it??" Tsunami asked her mother. "Its called snow."

In the dark room Dralius lived in, she had came through a portal and approached Ela. "I will need you soon my pet." She teased.

Thuun raised a brow and gave a silent nod, face staring ahead. "The fountain won't tell you anything, you know."

Angeli wasn't sure about him "i was just trying to find out where your scent was coming from. come, you can share the cave I was using"

(Np Spec!)

"Ahh, I see. Sorry for disrupting you, then" Thuun said smartly. He rested his elbows on his knees and went silent for a moment, listening to see what the stranger would do next.

"My apologies Ela. Just messing around. I require you to kill a man. One particular human of which hates my guts. And I despise him. In reward you may try again to kill Giranja. But all in due time." She grinned evilly. "And it shall hap-" she stopped, her eyes widened with slight fear. "It cannot be..." She made a portal and looked through it, glaring at the felines in the cave. "How did he get here..." She clearly was afraid.

He smiled, "Thank you. I only merely need rest." He walked in. "Cold doesn't faze me but I see it does to you." His orb formed a golden shield around her. "This should keep you warm enough for now." He assured her.

"Snooou??" Tsunami asked again. "Yes, snow. Its just frozen water, which turns into ice, now its chunked into small pieces, to make snow." She told her. "Wooohh..." She printed her claws on the window.

"Me?" Thuun grinned. "Just a wandering prince. Nothing more. And I take it you are some sort of self-hired detective?"

"wow, that orb... is interesting. and thank you, this cold is getting worse ever minute" Angeli was curious now of him. Angeli had never thought she would meet another cat-like creature, especially with features like hers

"This beast threatens my existence..." She said quietly. Still staring at him. She turned to Ela and closed the portal. "Before you do that. I might need you to attack and scare this beast off. He will make both mine and your job harder than its worth. Stalk him for now but attack once I command you." She demanded, making a portal with a swipe of one of her wings. It led to a bush outside of the area the cave was. "Stay hidden as a disguised animal. You can use the corruption I gifted you with to do so. Try it now so you may not have to choose a form later in the heat of battle."

"I would take you outside, but its too harsh out there for you." Tsunami's "ears" went down. "Aaww.." Splash held her. "Sorry sweetie. Maybe when the blizzards over we can go play outside. Does that sound fun?" She smiled. The little ShellFury nodded, as they both continued to watch the white cold season fall to the ground.

He shrugged, crossing his paws and curling his tail around himself. "Yeah. No problem. I hate to see others freezing that are like me. That energy around you will only break if extreme heat comes near it." He explained.

Angeli was eager to know more about him "so, whats your name? im Angeli"

Star woke up with a sneeze. "...Wha?" He looked around with a sigh of relief. "Gee these dreams are getting pieces of my imagination violently.." He yawned.

"Nigel." He said simply. "Angeli's a pretty name. Like an angel..." He commented staring at her.

"Chirnagon?" //Crap, so he is a Zilariun, isn't he?// Thuun shrugged nonchalantly. "Never heard of that. I come from a place called Megavist. Heard of it?"

"thanks. I like your name to, it fits you" Angeli noticed what Nigel had said and the way he said it, she smiled a bit

"Yes. Just think of any other creature and shift." She explained. "Its quite simple really. And I can help you if you cant figure it out by doing it myself." She shifted Ela to a bird for a second, she still had ribbons as her talon but normal bird wings. "See?" She grinned.

"I guess so..." He said. "Anyways do you need food? I assume its difficult to travel in this cold for you." He smiled a little, standing up as if he would run off to get her food the second she said yes.

"What question could you possibly have for a person exclusively from... Chirnagon, was it? Who knows, maybe I can help you." He tilted his head innocently. //This had better not involve the royal family.//

"i do need some food... I don't think I gathered enough food before the winter came..." She was more comfortable around Nigel than she was when he first came

"How long was I asleep?" Star asked with droopy eyes. "Ya slept for about an hour." Canyon replied. "Oh ok.." He slipped off his throne hitting the ground, falling asleep again, but in a weird pose.

She nodded to Ela. "Yes, very well done. But I'm afraid only Rii, Barinx, Rewin and Dolonia would be considered passive to them. So you can stay undercover." She warned. "Now go through the portal it is barely visible in the cold for the exit is pure white."

"I see. Shall I go grab you a few Rii?" //I hope it isn't obvious to her that I'm being so kind for then the fact I'm kind in general...// he thought.

"Indeed." Dralius said simply before disappearing into a portal herself. She soon arrived near a Zilariun and nabbed him from his world. She threw him out of a portal into Thuun and Prometheus's direction. "Agh..." Apnae muttered as he got up slowly, he shivered in the cold.

Thuunawein clasped his fingers together. "Maybe I can help you. Describe the lawbreaker to me."

Coldfire hesitated, grinding his teeth in thought a moment, before quickly slipping his gun back in its holster and grabbing the end of the vine. After pulling on it to tighten it, he led Shadow over to the tree and tied the remaining vine length around it.
He then stepped back and sat down on a boulder, but his mind wouldn't let him rest. Coldfire frowned at the woman before him. "I don't get it" he said, his tone confused and vulnerable, "Why are you going along with this? Why haven't you tried to turn on me, when you're obviously a skilled warrior?"

(Spec? Fade? Did you see my comment about apnaeh?)

(Uhh nope I didn't)

"he's so kind-hearted... quite a gentleman id say" Angeli whispered to herself. She went to the back of the cave and laid down

Thuun nearly broke character when he saw the photos. //So it is... I'll need to lead this guy away from her trail, then...// "Oh.... I know this person." He scratched his chin. "Miragya, right? She left this world already. In fact--" The prince paused when another creature appeared at the edge of the clearing.

Coldfire scowled. "And why do you want me trust? So you can turn on me the moment I let my guard down?"

Then a knock came at the gate. The gate opened to have a femal StarFury come in, covered in snow. "Ya find anythin'?" Canyon asked Aria. The young adult shook her head in both "no" and shivers.

Soon after not too long, Nigel returned, three rii were hanging from his mouth. All frozen and dead. He set them down and stopped and sat, licking the blood from his paws and lips. "Here you go." He said once he finished cleaning himself. A dark marking soon faded into appearance on his left leg. It was barely visible but appeared more visible as Ela approached closer. He looked at it for a second. //shoot...//

The shifter huffed in disbelief. "Well, my trust's spent. You won't be buying anything from me." The shifter's gaze turned to the distant gathering clouds. From what he remembered, it never snowed in the Sylyore mountains, but he wouldn't take any risks. Promptly, he stood. "Let's get going again," he said as he retrieved a knife and cut Shadow loose. He retrieved the handgun and waited for her to move.

Ziriel tilted her head. //So she's like a prisoner? For what?..// she adjusted her position but soon shivered from the cold. //I need shelter...// she thought as she flew off, a small bit of resin dripped and landed on coldifre's head as she went off into the sky. //I need to find mom...//

"that was quick. thanks" She walked up to a Rii and took a bite out of it, enjoying that taste of fresh kill. "Hey, what's that dragon mark on your leg?" Angeli was looking strangely at the marking

"Right. She left, hardly a day ago. Teleported to some random realm... Started with a "Ti," if I recall correctly," Thuun explained. "I can probably send you in the same direction, if you'd like."

His heart raced a little. "W-What mark?..." He said trying to act like he didnt know it but he was shaking a little in nervousness. Sweat dripped from his fur. //Noo.... She cant know.... How did she notice.....// he thought restlessly.

Coldfire jolted to a stop when the first flare shot up, ten watched as Shadow responded to it. "What are you doing?" he shouted above the commotion. //She led me into a trap!!//

(Ahh I missed your comment Day!!)

(I'm gonna say this came before te last two comments) When something wet splattered on Coldfire head, he scowled and reached up to wipe it off. He squinted at the black, watery liquid on his finger. "What...?"

"The mark on your left back leg. What, is something wrong?" Angeli noticed how much Nigel was freaking out. She got up and sat next to him wanting to comfort him

He got up and turned it away from her direction, looking at it and covering it with his wing. "N-... No I'm fine..." He tried to change the subject. "So how long has this blizzard been going so far?..." His teeth shattered and he felt more and more nervous. (Psst vivy, don't stop asking he might answer.)

The Zilariun prince lifted his arms and shrugged. "What's happened has happened." He stood and turned to Prometheus. "Now, are you gonna go after her, or will you mope here till you freeze?"

"This was all your fault..." Apnaeh growled at his krege. He weakly stumbled towards the house Giranja was in, the owl-like creatures were unfazed by the cold.

"Can you even walk?" Thuun asked haughtily, peering at Prometheus carefully as if expecting him to freeze into a popsicle and drop.

Coldfire's eyes widened on the approaching golden figure. "Your friend?? Tell her to go away, or I'll shoot!"

"Nigel, something is bothering you. its ok to tell me. whats wrong? I wont be able to sleep if I know something is wrong but I don't know what it is."

(Can Coldfire hear their conversation?)

Thuun chuckled. "Very well then." The prince swept his cloak about himself, then began to trudge through the snow once more in a random direction. "Follow me--If you can keep up, of course."

"Ha! I'd do better if you'd help me fight!" He yelled out into the cold at her. "Jeez it's cold..." He added, the male Zilariun walked closer to the house but spotted a figure in the cold. //Shoot there is someone here.. They must think i'm crazy...//

Coldfire gritted his teeth as he listened to the two converse. "Enough of this madness!" he snapped, holding up his gun toward Shadow's head. His finger tightened dangerously over the trigger.

"Angeli... I don't think its a good idea for anyone to know... Lets just say.. I did something really bad..." He wanted to tell her but he didn't want both of them in danger. "Someone is near..." He got up, ears back as he looked around into the whiteness. He could see through the snow as if it wasn't there. "That bird... It seems odd..." He said watching her.

Thuun considered his next move as they walked. //Well, I don't know where to find a portal stone, so I can't actually send him away... I won't kill him either, but I'll have to lose him somehow. Maybe knock him out and leave him with some people.// "So, you're from Chirnagon, correct?" he asked.

"hmm... maybe I should have had my tail toward the cave entrance!" She said with a slight laugh than back to worrying. "so that bird is kind of watching us... maybe it wants to be in shelter?" Angeli was trying to sound positive but she was realy worried

Coldfire inspected the newcomer's appearance suspiciously yet also somewhat curiously. He hid his interest with a gruff tone. "Who are you?" he said shortly, turning the Glock 17 on her.

"I see..." //Might as well get I know his strengths and weaknesses.// "What makes you think you can take on this Giramyan, all on your own?"

"Nah I sense her fear. She's no normal bird." He walked out, grinning at the bird. "Hello there, one of Dralius's minions? Well lemme give her a message." He leaped up at the bird and grabbed her tightly, claws digging into her. "Tell her to LEAVE ME ALONE" He yelled in Ela's ear and he threw her to the ground. {DO IT NOW DO IT NOW!!!} Dralius commanded Ela through her head.

Angeli's heart pounded when she heard the name of the evil one. "that bird is a minion?!" She cried out as she went over to Nigel and the bird

"I am Apnaeh, a fellow Zilariun from Chirnagon. However I am merely a commoner." He bowed to her in respect.

"Yes!" He said to Angeli. "One of her small little pests!"

He froze and backed up. "Orr... Not... Get behind me angeli!"

"Oh god..." She quickly jumped behind Nigel in fear and began shaking vigerously

Nigel's marking became fully visible, it was jet black. "You STILL don't scare me!!!"

"DONT. YOU. DARE." He yelled at Ela. He flew high into the air, orb glowing brighter than before. Soon he turned to aura and cloned himself. All ten clones glowing brightly, attacked and surrounded ela, flying around and scratching her. He flew above, throwing orbs of light at her. "THE SAME FATE SHALL BE MET BY YOUR MASTER ONCE I'M FINISHED WITH YOU." He threatened.

He shrugged. "So... Is there safe shelter around here? It's freezing..."

Angeli stared at how fierce Nigel was fighting for her. "Why dose she want to kill me and you?!"

He watched her go high, the clones following. "Nice try." He slightly grew in size, large enough to hurt her badly. His orb glowed brighter and it was blinding at this point. He breathed Ice on her and bit her leg, all in one fell swoop. He moved too quick for her to injure him. {ELA RETREAT! HE'S TOO POWERFUL!} Dralius yelled at her again, she made a convenient portal for her to escape through.

The Tundra shifter looked Yang up and down again, trying to ignore the faint heat in his cheeks, sparked by her attractive appearance. "Oh? And... why are you here?"

At Prometheus's comments, Thuun stopped and grabbed his forearm, turning the younger Zilariun to look him in the eye. "Don't you dare speak of Krege so lightly like that. They are real, and they ruin lives." His dark eyes flashed, then he stood and continued walking.

His Clones faded away and he landed. The orb going to its normal suddle glow. "Sorry about that." He said to Angeli, landing.

Dralius growled at Nigel, pacing around. "The darn beast! Sorry you could face him... I was hoping he was unaware of his abilities...." She breathed corrupted dust on Ela and it healed her, leaving the scar where he bit her wing. "Rest again, then I'll allow you to kill Gira because you didn't back down. Well done." She disappeared into the shadows.

"its fine" She responded quickly. "I admire how bravely you fought, and your very protective" She smiled a bit

Coldfire lowered his gun a fraction. "A signature...?" He turned a suspicious gaze on Shadow, as if asking, 'Are you playing tricks on me?'

He smiled too. "Heh thanks." //She's kind of... Cute... Never felt this way before...// he thought. "And... The reason I don't want to to know is so everyone in Sylyore doesnt try to kill me..." He paused. "What I did... Accidentally... became the reason no one likes me... To be honest- m-my name isn't nigel..." He sat, curling his tail around himself again. //Might as well tell her... She knows enough already.// "i guess I'll tell you.. You know that story everyone in sylyore should know? About... Orcus?" He asked, sweating but ignoring his nervousness.

"I find it silly how vehemently you speak of her, yet judging from where you live, you shouldn't even know her." Thuun searched Prometheus's face, waiting for an answer.

Thuun walked deeper into the quiet store which was well-furnished with red walls, polished glass cases, and countless glittering items within. He stopped when the store keeper, a refined yet draconic humanoid, approached. "How may I help you?" the creature asked in a deep voice.
"I need a portal stone," Thuun said.
With a nod, the humanoid went to the back of the store, opened a glass case, and returned with a round stone. It was turquoise, oval-shaped, and polished to a shine.

He nodded. "I will be back. Call out if you need me." He ran off.

"ok!" She called out as he raced off. "wow... I think ive realy found someone I can trust and, love..." Angeli whisperd to herself*

"Me too! I saw ColdFire earlier... What happened?.." She tilted her head.

The Tundra dragon could see the silhouette of the portal on a cliff above them, but doubts that they would reach it began to set in when he heard what he thought was people - multiple people - following in the shadows behind them. Coldfire picked up his pace until he was walking closely beside Yang, and he lowered his voice. "We're being followed," he murmured. He let his hand rest on the handle of his gun.

Thuun gave a slow, knowing smile. "I suppose not. I will be on my way, then." With a dip of his head, the prince pivoted and began to walk away. //Now to find Giranja... I'll shift once I'm out of sight.//

At the sound of gunfire, Coldfire lunged to the side and rolled over the path. The moment he leaped up, he slipped into the cover of the shadows among the trees beside the path. He pressed his back to a tree, retrieved the glock, flicked off the safety, and peered carefully around the trunk to try and spot their opponents.

After he was out of sight, Thuun shifted to his dragon form and took flight, cold air rippling over his gray scales. He surveyed the town a moment, then began to fly toward the fields. "Apparently, she was not at her home, but I ought to look there just in case..."
