Bio:
Born on a ship this boy was literally born to be a pirate. His life was full of bad influences, which leads him to take a serious liking to booze and other alcoholic beverages. When sober he has a sailors mouth but when a little bit of liquor in him he's all sunshine and happiness. He cant wear a shirt due to his gills being on his torso area. It'll suffocate him if he tries to wear shirts. So as a way to cover himself up he'll wear various jackets. He cant stay on land for very long so he usually stays by the ocean or some other water source if he has to go on land.
Durring the war of Expansion, he was arrested for freeing a few of the captured hybrids. He got out from his life sentence early from good behavior (he broke out), and has stolen a ship and has been sailing ever since. Visting countries, underwater towns, etc. Ask this man to take you somewhere, he will for a price, of course, booze or boobs maybe some gold.
