I've been a fan of cuphead for a bit, despite not actually playing it, and thought I'd make some ocs on it. I also got bored so I made Tipsy a wine glass. I was gonna call Soda 'Swirly' cos her original design had a swirly straw but I messed it up and it ended up being wiggly, so I just called her soda. ALSO IF YOU DIDNT NOTICE TIPSY IS TRANSPARENT BECAUSE THE BACKGROUND ISNT DECORATED

I kind of get annoyed when people start making fancharacters, but you've managed to make me feel the opposite here. I LOVE Tipsy! XD
