Death Dragons can be any type of element possible. Most commenly they are fire, or light.
They have two (Possibly three I haven't decided on whether they have a human form or not xD) forms. They can be either form at any time they please. They have very strong bones, good for when they're in their skeletal form. They're other form is when they have skin over them. It doesn't nessisairly have to cover their entire body though. Most of the time it does.
In their Skeletal form, they may or may not have skin over their wings. It depends on if they want to or not. ( #DDKoreTwilightOC prefers not to) If they wish to fly, skin will quickly come over their wing. They very, very rarely have feathered wings. There has only ever been one that has.
Death Dragons have ranks, they're ranks being:
Gaurdian - This is the highest rank a Death Dragon can get. (As of yet) It is an honor to be Guardian over all Death Dragons.

Warrior - Warriors, much like Guardians, are an honor to be. Warriors tend to stay in their skin form with little reason to be in skeletal form.
Recruit - Recruits are just as the name implies. Recruits. They are in charge of supplies, and can become Trainees if they have what is being looked for.
Trainees - They are in training to become Guardians, or Warriors.
They have to go through several trials to become a true Warrior. The trials consist of many dangerous feats one must get through alive. Many young dragons have died trying.
Becoming a Guardian is more of a birth right so there are less dangers for them. In the Guardian, or Elders eyes, Warriors are expendable.
Elders - Elders are Death Dragons who have been around for a very long time. The very first Death Dragon is said to still be alive. No one knows it's gender or origin or whether there is more than one to start with. An Elder has the deciding say and can override a Guardian's decision.

Exile - An exile can be any age and depending on the Guardian at the time determines who overall is exiled for what. Death Dragons will be exiled if they disobey, disrespect, or mix with other species creating Hybrids.
Even though there has never been a hybrid Death Dragon, the Elders still make this a rule that cannot be broken. If it is, the Death Dragon and his/her mate will be killed and the egg(s).
Even Exiles never mix species with other dragons. It's just the things are.
Female Death Dragons differ from males in some ways. Females do not have the fang that potrudes out of their mouth, they have shorter rib cages, and are much more agile and graceful.
Types: Fire, Light, Mist, Poisen, Water (Rare), Darkness (I'll come up with a better name later), Earth, Metal, and Ice.
Ahhhg. I believe that pretty much sums it up. I'll make their world soon. My hand's so sore xD Also, they DO have a human form. I'll involve it later. Hope this didn't bore you all too much.

Oh! I forgot to mention, Death Dragons have life span of around 2,000 years.
