Vix smiled happily "Joy! You see I'm on a hunt for these bandit scum who destroyed a nearby village." She points in the direction of the village "Have you by chance seen these fiends?" she put her hands on her hips as she awaited Aludras reply.

Vix put a hand to her chin in a thinking pose " hmmm allowing a citizen into the ray of a potential battle would be dangerous. But the provided back up would be helpful" she looked a bit troubled but brought her attention back to Aludra "Hm? Oh! Though I may look the part of hybrid I assure you I am not." She smiled and flipped her hoodies ear "Its synthetic."

"This is my hero outfit! Ive read in many a books that women who are heros tend to wear less than what cover there lady bits. However Im still selfrespecting thus made this beaut. Im wearing before you." She smiles and strikes a pose to show off her outfit. "And if you put it that way.." she smiles and points at Aludra "Then you my friend have the honor of being my sidekick for the day while we hunt for the nerduels!" She laughs slightly "Oh this shall be exciting!"

She smiles happily "I hope so or all my effort would be for nothing" she then looked at Aludras attire "Only if you want to but it'd take longer than a day to make. and we are short on time. Besides that, we would have to come up with a hero name for you as well and those take forever to think of." She turns and walks towards the village and motions for Aludra to follow "Come I'll show you the crime scene and maybe from that, we can figure out where these fiends went."

(vix: My creator has returned huzzah! our quest can continue!)

"I'm still working on mine. But my name is Vix. You can call me Vi or Vivi if you'd like." She looked over her shoulder back to Aludra. "We're closing in on the village now." she points up "See the smoke line? They just put out the fires." though it wasn't easily seen due to her mask, Vix looked very grim.

"So the village is known for their metal work. All that I could gather from the women and children that were left, is that their husbands were taken along with their lives work. Their homes set ablaze all because the villagers couldn't pay their so-called protection fees." They finally arrive at the village, the damage was great. "See what I mean. These villains ruined these peoples entire lively hood. They cant get away with this, mark my words I'll hunt each of them down if I have to." She puts her hands on her hips. "So that's the whole situation."

Vix nodded "You can track? That's amazing! That'll make this a lot easier especially if we can find some traces of blood left behind from the bandits." She looks over the scene "Maybe one of the women here can give us more information of who these people were." She smiled "Great! So we have to leads we can go off of."

"T-they took them." her eyes were red from crying "Th-they took..." she started crying again. Vix put a comforting hand on her back "We're here to help you... just tell us what you know ok?" She smiled lightly at her. The woman let out a few shaky breaths to calm her nerves then began speaking "I dont know who they work for but saw the direction a few of them went." She pointed towards the woods. "They went that way and thats all I saw. Please... you have to get them back please I beg of you." Vix smiled and gave her a nod "alright we got a direction."

Vix followed behind Aludra "And now we're off. A duo of swashbuckling fighters making their way to crush the evil these bandits have become. For alas! Their good old days are gone for we will find them and end them." Vix snickers "Oh that was pretty good." she said to her self. Though the situation was dire she was still having fun none the less.

Vix looked at Aludra "Huh? Though I should be writing my epic tale I am not, so most is poof straight out of my head." She looked "hmmm the trees are a bit to thick here for a village or lounge. Mayhaps its a hideout?" As they continued to walk the trees started thinning out to a clearing with a very big house. "Or a mansion? no its too small to be one but at the same time bigger than a house." She dragged Aludra to some bushes to hide in. "there! " she pointed through the leaves "The men who were taken from the village they're pushing them into the cellar." She crossed her arms "Now how should we pose our attack? hmmmmmm" She snapped her fingers. "Hey, Alu you're pretty strong yea? you think you'd be able to break their chains?"

Vix smiled then hit her fist into the palm of her hand. then noting she should probably whisper "Ok, if I can distract the bandits long enough do you think you can get those men free and out of here? then once they're safe we can deal with these how did you put it... scumbags."

"Oh thats easy." She pulled at her hood a bit "By being myself." it seems she dropped the heroine act then Vix looked at Aludra then snuck off. A few moments later a few of the bandits were arguing about their lost elixers. Then came in clanging and a cloud of black smoke coming from the entrance of the mansion followed by a few yells for help. The men who were watching the villagers by the cellar rushed over to the mansion so see what was happening.

The mansion was set ablaze. Vix Ran through the mansion dodging the debris falling. She jumped through a window somersaulting a somewhat of a landing. Bouncing back up, her hood down showing her face, she drew her sword getting ready for the men who were outside of the mansion. "Aludra!" she called out for she couldn't tell where she was.

"Oh no the fun has just begun!" with her heroic persona back she pointed her sword at one of the angry bandits "Prepare thy selves heathens! For you're destiny beckons you at the end of my blade!" She took the confused face of the bandit as an opening and charged and swung at him cutting him across the chest.

Vix parried an attack. Then she heard Aludra and she started laughing. The bandits got ticked "Is this some sort of game to you?! We'll have your heads!" he lunged at Vix but being the nimble gal she was she hopped over him in a leapfrog motion then turning to kick him in the rear knocking him into another falling onto the ground. "You sir have just been grounded."

Vix looked over her shoulder at Aludra "Gotta do something to lighten up this one-way fight." she laughed slightly as she used her sword to propel herself onto one of the bandits "Hello sir. And down we gooo!" she says and the man topples over from the sudden impact of her. She put her foot on his chest and the tip of her sword to his face "Now if you know whats good for you. You'll stay down." She smiled lightly and exhaled from exhaustion "Seems to be the last one. Good. Now... to figure out where they're keeping all the things they've stolen."

Vix looked over to the mansion "I didn't see anything of much value in there when I was setting it on fire though... " she put pressure on the mans chest with her heel "Ack!" the man protested "Hey, where'd you idiots put your loot hm?" the man spit at her. "Ah, I see.." She looked over to Aludra "How would you deal with a man like this one?"

"Oo that sounds nasty." she looked at the man "Sooo tick tock, sir. My patience is waning" the man looked nervously around "Hey Al-" the man interrupted Vix "Alright! Alright...we never unloaded the junk its still in the carts behind the tree line." he motioned with his chin "ove' dere." Vix smiled "Much obliged sir!" She turned her sword around to the handle and hit him in the head with it knocking him out. "Whew... almost done" she put her hands on her hips then slipped her hoodie back on so that her masked covered her face. "Ready to return these carts back to the villagers?"

"Thankfully the horses didn't run away with the carts," she said as she climbed on a cart. "I got this one here and if you get that one then we'd only have one more to do." she smiled " too bad we don't have a third party member or we'd only have to do one trip."

(listening to german electro swing. its the weirdest combination but I like it?? lol)

"I can handle it." She smiled. "we make a pretty good team. I think I shall promote you from sidekick to fledgling hero." She made sure the other cart was ready to part and all she was waiting, for now, was Aludra to be ready "All set here, you good?"

Heyo @Kohai! Just wanted to ask, because I am not quite sure or not, But are ''Dragon Folk'' (Dragon Kin) able to use Water Contructs when their not Dragon Knight? Just wanted to ask because of a character recently made. I was unsure and wanted to clerify xD

I do remember that DragonFolk are also Dragon Knights. But I was unsure of the fine line and details, such as:

Can DragonFolk manipulate elements like a mage class would? Because I thought they could breath their element but not actually form stuff with it. I am never really sure xD

I am presuming the DragonFolk is the race, where as the Dragon Knight CLASS has a specific fighting style that compliments its abilities by birth.

and that dragon folk are often Dragon Knights because of how well the battle style fits dragon folk abilities.

Well, I was under the impression that you should put your homeland down, then say their currently a wanderer :-;

I feel like now that so many things are being allowed that its making it hard to keep up D: Whats the point of homelands now :o

All this uncaught unspoken stuff is starting to get hard to cope with.....New rules....New tweaks to stuff.....Stuff that was mean't to be posted but wasn't.....It used to be more ordered than this ;o;

I joined because there were concrete rules that kept everything in check. Now I feel things have gotten a bit jumbled if that makes sense. And that often makes me nervous :-;

I guess we should put wanderer in the next update post. There needs to be an update post to share some of these new developments xD

"So they were off. Aludra and Vix took the items the bandits stole and are returning them to their rightful owners."Vix smiled as the set off towards the village once again. Arriving a lot quicker than expected. They were greeted with cheers from the overjoyed villagers.

Vix hopped off the cart and began passing out the items as well. She smiled knowing how happy these people were. One of the kids approached Aludra sheepishly "exscuse me lady? My mom wants to invite you and the other lady for dinner as thanks" he smiled lightly at her.

Vix looked over at the two and gave a thumbs up "Who would I be to turn away a meal?" she laughed slightly. Overjoyed the kid went to tell his mother "Our house is this one right here!" he said as he jumped in front of a slightly charred house. It was one of the few left standing.

Vix followed behind "ooo meat sounds really good right now." and just on cue her stomach growled "And the stomach hath spoken." the kid went inside leaving the door open for them to enter.

Vix made sure to close the door "Hopefully not" she commented to Aludra then slightly laughed. They were greeted with the boys mother "Thank you girls so much. It may not be much but please enjoy your stay while I finish up making dinner. Its the least I can do." She smiled lightly

Vix sat down across from her "hm?" she smiled slightly "Never ask a heroes age, makes em feel old." she laughed "I believe I'm turning 26 by the end of the week. Though I lost track." She crossed her arms leaning on the table. "Ah my place of origin is shrouded in mystery though I can light one part of said shroud. The orphanage that I grew up in is in Afai. How about you fledgling? How old are you?" She already knew where she was from; from a prior conversation.

"Oh! your origin story. The great Alu goes on a journey from Iclios to Freia. Wooing men and women and taking names. Alu of Iclios" she smiles "I should write this down an-" She was interrupted from the child who brought them here. "Dinners ready" He said as his mom brought out one plate after the other of meats, veggies, and fruits." "I hope everything is to your liking." she said as she and her son sat down at the table as well.

The mother and child passed Vix and Aludra plates and other necessities for eating "Please enjoy." Said the mother as she herself began serving her and her son.
Vix smiled then pulled down her hood taking some food as well. "it looks amazing ma'am. Thank you for having us."

VIx looked over at Aludra while biting into a piece of meat. She immediately looked away out of embarrassment so she could eat the bit. Vix then coughed slightly "Ah. my love life is a non-existent one at the moment, but I would like to have a special someone to whom I can share my time with." she scratched her cheek slightly "How about you Alu? Anyone special?"

(*eat the bite not bit lol. >w> )

Vix smiled "So a woman hath stolen your heart. She must be quite a gal." she continued eating then added "Whens the wedding?" she giggled slightly. Vix, of course, meant this as a joke but was slightly curious if Aludra would give her an actual answer.

"Not at all," Vix said with a smile "You're just speaking about why you like her so much, I don't see anything wrong with that" She thought for a moment "For me I feel the reason why I haven't found anyone interesting yet is that well I travel a lot. So I don't often stay in one place long enough to meet anyone." she said as she ate another bite.

(lolol the woman and her child are just sitting there listening in to their conversation)

The woman smiled and shook her head "nonono please don't mind us" the child was leaning on the table his head in his hands "I like listening to you two talk"
Vix waved the child off "Arent you a charmer" she laughed slightly.

She poked at her food a bit with her fork "Ah well, I did some awful things back when I was younger, things I'm not proud of today, so I'm traveling around trying to make up for what I've done, helping people out, you know being a hero." She took a bite of her food. "I'm also looking for someone important as well in the process." she smiled lightly.

"As long as it takes" she smiled with confidence "No you're alright. I'm quite the open book really just certain things I won't talk about. Thank you though, I hope I find them too." She finishes off her plate and sighs with contentment "Ah that was amazing! thank you so much for the meal"

Vix nodded in agreement "Thank you again." she smiled as the got up and pushed in her chair as well. The child led them to the front door and as they left he waved goodbye to them. Vix looked at the village and smiled "We did a good job here today."

"I wouldn't have been able to track them as fast without you." she smiled "Of course! When I took you for a sidekick is when you became my friend." she laughed "Now? hmmm now I go to the next town or make camp." She pulled her hood up and looked at Aludra "How about you my semi-aquatic friend?"

Vix looked at quite surprised "Oh! Of course. I quite enjoy your company and beside that we can continue our wonderful conversation from before." Vix said as she started heading out motioning for aludra to follow

"So a shark base costume" She stopped and looked Aludra up and down "hmmm I can see that working really well! And if you'd like it to be similar we can find a one piece you're comfortable with." she smiled happily "oooo sharkfin or shark tail? Both would be amazing but you wouldn't want the mobility to suffer.. hmmm sharkfin would be the best bet here." She starts mumbling ideas for costumes.

"Not as a name but I see your point in it being a name." She pointed to her fake rabbit ears "I meant as a costume prop of sorts." She thought for a moment "Has weirdos drooled over you before?" She looked a bit concerned hoping they left her alone and arent keeping tabs on her like a creep.

Vix nodded "Alright fin it is!" she then crossed her arms as Aludra spoke about the perverted man "May I ask this scoundrels name so that I may avoid him if necessary?" She looked to her butt then giggled slightly "The last man who tried to touch me in a way didn't stay alive long enough to speak about it. But I understand the concern"

Vix giggled from how much detail Aludra was going into "Xenon got it. If I ever meet a Xenon I shall be wary of him. Though I doubt his 'charm' could ever lure me in." you could practically hear the air quotes.

"Colors are easy as long as they match. See for you Id think that some blues, browns, purples, or greens would be best. Though I can see you rocking any color really." Shell pulls on her outfit slightly to show its stretchy. "the fabric I use is as strong as chainmail but as soft as a feather and just as stretchy." She leans closer to Aludra "The best part is that because the material is so sturdy I dont have to wear those over the shoulder boulder holders like most women do."

"Hm? Oh why thank you. You're quite something as well Alu." She looked around a bit, then used her hand to shield her eyes while looking up at the sky. "Hmm, a little over noon. Alright if we don't find a sign of a town coming up soon we should start getting ready to camp down for the night."

Vix snickered at her last statement "Alright let's make tracks!" She said as she jogged a bit ahead to see if she could spot the town. When she saw the tips of the roofs over the horizon "Oh there it is over there!" She pointed at it "Wow it sure is a lot bigger than the one we just came from" she said sort of to herself.

"I was thinking more in size, but yes that was a bit too soon" she gave a small smile. "So jog the rest of the way?" she smiled even bigger and gasped slightly "Race yah there!"

"HEY no fair!" she said laughing as she sprinted to catch up. The two ran until theyve reached the entrance of the town. The race ended in a tie "hah.. ha-haaa I.. I totally h-haave won.." Vix said while catching her breath.

Vix held her arms up above her head "Y-yooo...u wish." she laughed slightly. "Alright... Lets find somewhere.. tooo. Get something to.. drink yeah?" she said with a smile.

"Do you.. need help walking?" Vix asked as she got ready to catch Aludra if needed. She then looked a bit down the road and noticed they were at the residential area of the town, meaning an inn was close by which also meant drinks.

"Alright I gotcha" Vix started walking with Aludra looking for an inn or somewhere she could get a bit wet from. Then she spotted a fountain "Here we go." she said happily and brought Aludra over to the water source.

Vix looked at her curiously as she dunked her head under the water "Huh what do ya know." She smiled happily once she saw her friend pop back up with more pep to her step. "It must be cool being able to breathe underwater."
