as someone who went under the bi label for like. almost a whole decade (now im just kinda unlabeled, figurin stuff out), i didnt really see it as biphobic? i dont identify as gaybian so i dont think im really equipped to explain it in-depth but, i think its kinda like. attraction in relation to the gender of the label-haver. gaybian focuses on the label-haver's relation to masculinity and femininity to themselves AND on the gender of who they're attracted to, whilst bi doesnt usually focus on the gender of the label-haver and usually focuses only on the gender of who they're attracted to.

so like, me, im nonbinary and like i kinda said on the post it affects my attraction to other genders, mostly due to my own experiences figuring myself out and trying to define how masculinity and femininity affects me personally.(cont)

for me, i dont care much abt the gender of who im attracted to, but i feel like my presentation/relation to myself affects other people's view of me, i dont really have any gender but i cant really present as that aside from dressing androgynously, which is a very subjective factor anyway. so i tend to be sorta hyperaware of gender in relation to attraction bc of that, especially if its to someone who's also trans (like my gf) because society is gonna view our relation vastly differently than how we view each other personally. so in the example of someone being gaybian and bigender like in the post, the aspects of their gender being masculine and feminine at the same time (or fluctuacting between the two) probably affects their attraction in a similar way to how me being nonbinary does, and they choose to express that by calling themselves gay or lesbian/gaybian

i have no clue if im making sense, its really hard to explain this kind of thing :sob: even if this doesnt help,--

at the end of the day i feel like someone identifying as gaybian doesnt really affect much unless you know them personally. i feel like shark probably got defensive because she's probably been trying to figure herself out for a while, which was probably not easy due to being trans and also having DiD/being a system. and having to explain or justify yourself and who you are to everyone who meets you (either in gender or having smth complex like DiD) probably gets very tiring at some point, so it probably blocked you due to that

i wasnt aware that was sharks alt account until a few days later when i checked again

and tbh it doesnt affect me, it js kinda mde me mad bcz i saw it as biphobia (cuz it seemed like another term for bi, just a different flag and name)
i wasnt aware gender identities like bigender can effect your s..xuality in ways like that, but -cont
