When I first drew her, I gave her a bit of a rectangular tail and her coat color was a bit more green than it is now. Her mane is also all over the place. With the current version, I decided to clean up her design a bit to make it easier to draw from all angles. This lead to the bangs being split in the middle and removing most of the stripes on the nose. I also made the mane not as pointy as it was and made the tail into a more of a s shape. I found it easier to draw that way at least. In the current version, I also changed the color scheme to something that I thought was more appealing.

I came up with her cutie mark before her name. I knew I wanted it to be a witch's hat, but I wanted something unique. I looked at other magic themed cms for inspiration and decided to add the magic sparkles as well as folding the point of the witch's hat. For a time there was going to be 6 sparkles instead of 5, but I eventually thought that 5 fit better around the hat. Her talent is magic, although it isn't as strong as Twilight's. However it does get stronger on Nightmare Night and whenever there is a full moon.

As far as the name goes, I thought it should relate to the cm. After ruling out a quite few options, I decided to try to turn the word "magic" into a name. Once I had the first name, I decided that the last name should rhyme. I thought it would be cool if it started with a z, so then I got "zina" as a last name.

She is also the narrator of my comic #nmncomic that shows 2 other characters and how they got possessed.
She grew up in Hollow Shades and attended the Baltimare School of Magic.
She is friends with the rest of my pony chars. She is a nice and helpful pony who often forgets that she can do magic in stressful situations as well as what spells would be useful.

Her magic color is a light blue that matches her eyes.

She has no pets. Her favorite food is mac and cheese.

She can fly by levitating an object underneath her. Although that method is quite tiring. Instead, she has an enchanted broom that can fly when activated with magic. (think of it as running for a mile vs biking a mile, its still tiring but less so)

Those are all the facts that I for have now, but I'll add more when I think of some. I also realize that while I said fact cards wouldn't be refs, I guess any of them could be used as refs if you really wanted to.
