Xenoceratops

Known Facts: Oliver Morrow, aka, The Illusionist, is a world renowned stage magician. Due to the loss of his family, he's gone mad. He'll attack any non human without provocation or reason. Dianne and Armin have already had run ins with him. He's extremely dangerous and should never be confronted alone. Here's a list of skills we ought to watch out for:
Mastery in slight of hand.
Skilled knife thrower (from that blindfolded knife throwing bit he used to do.)
Seasoned escape artist. (Handcuffs and chains are useless against this guy.)
Trained acrobat.
To make matters worse, this guy's also modded some of his props into deadly weapons and contraptions. (Cont.)

Here's a short list of just what I've personally observed.
Gas bombs: That gas mask he wears isn't just for show. He took his old smoke bombs and changed the formula. Now they explode into deadly gas made from a few household cleaning products. It's nasty stuff.
His suit: That silk suit of his isn't just for show. It's been enchanted to allow him to move much faster than normally possible. In his shows, he'd use it to dazzle his audiences by seemingly being able to appear in different locations within an impossibly short amount of time. Now, he uses it to outspeed his victims in swordplay and outrun and outfox anyone who tries to chase him.
His cloak: That cloak is new to his wardrobe, but it is an important piece in his current activities. That cloak is made of a material known as Shadowskin. It's the skin of a rare, giant species of bat. It's commonly used by stage magicians everywhere for a very specific property; It blends in with the darkness almost impossibly well. (Cont.)

As long as he wears it over his entire body in the dark, he becomes nearly impossible to see, even for most nonhumans with night vision. The only exception I've seen is a young lion shifter who works for Brink, who could see him even with the cloak closed.
His machete: There are some tricks that require cutting things that are normally too tough to cut. For this, most magicians use a //small// enchanted blade that can cut through pretty much anything. Not Oliver, however. He seems to have taken a machete and enchanted that to cut through anything. Frikin' psycho......
Sawed off shotgun: On top of everything else, Oliver's also packing heat. He has concealed a small, double-barreled sawed-off shotgun. The only time I've seen him use it, however, was when a shifter had him pinned and he used it to blow that poor bas.t.ard in half. Not a very pretty sight, mind you. (Cont.)

Possible Weaknesses: Let's make something clear right now: Oliver is one tough mother-f'er. If he was easy to kill, Sargon would have done it by now. Armin, if he targets you, you had better strike with the intent to kill. This guy might be smart and tough, but he's still human and shares all of our weaknesses. Dianne, if you can get a hand on him from behind, I suggest you break his back or his neck, whichever's quicker. Furthermore, if you rupture any part of his re-breather, he won't be able to use his gas bombs, so try to do that first. As a general rule of thumb to all operatives (or even to any of Sargon's men who might have found this) don't hesitate against this one. If you do, you will die.

Other notes: On each of his shoulders, Oliver bears the mark of Dark Brink. The two may be working together. I need to find Mortikai and see what he knows.

Awesome ref, I love how you wrote out his descripton in the form of an information file. X) I like his abilities, especially with how they're all modified versions of stage tricks. I don't think he'll really need magic from Brink, though, it sounds like he can take care of himself without it. XD

Looking forward to seeing him.
