re: well the current ruler of Iclios belongs to @heishi and he is #KouDestria
residents of Iclios also have a biased hatred towards hybrids but not all do. This is due to the war. the castle is in ruins. Other cultural things would be that most who live in Iclios dawn a mask to hide their face. The townspeople are more together (if that makes sense) like they help each other out more than others do. and currently, they're in an alliance with Citrine and Vepura. Oh and the second goddess temple is hidden somewhere on Iclios as well. I believe thats it. I may be forgetting a few things. >-<"
