"Rain" Levi spoke to himself, he was in the middle of a town letting the rain soak him. He always got depressed on days like such, and would simply wonder aimlessly.

Around the corner of a small shop in the middle of town, a figure quickly made his way through the narrow alley next to it, a small pouch in his hand. "This rain is rather convenient" the man spoke to himself, pulling his hood down a little more to hide the upper part of his face, slowly walking out of the alley.

Kazuki took off his mask for it was being filled with water. He recently came to this town and was looking for a place he could dry off. As he walked he spotted Levi, thinking he was from the town he walked towards him cautiously.

Levians ears twitched, without looking he started talking. "Need something?" he said towards kazuki.

Claudiesa trudged her way through the rainy town.
Looking up at the rain curtained sky, she let out a sigh. Today was a sad anniversary and she wanted to find a place to drink and escape the melancholy, and rain.

"... You look like a burgular." He said not hiding his thoughts at all. "But if your willing we can accept your aid i suppose. any place out of the rain could work."

Azmi chuckled innocently "A burgular, me? Never! Could these eyes lie? He tilted his head up a little, revealing more of his green eyes, one having a rather big scar over it, seemingly a bit lighter than the other. "Please, follow me. We don't want to get sick now from being all soaked like this" he turned around, making his way to one of the houses behind him, one having a small sign dangling over the door.

Kazuki watched as Azmi made his way to the building. Not thinking to much about it he started to follow him. Not minding if Levi followed or not anything was better than being out in the rain for any longer.

Azmi just continued his way over to the house with the sign over its door, ignoring the strangers words. Leading the way it didn't took long for all three of them to get inside the inn, finally save from the rain.

She wandered down a side street. And was greeted by the sight of warm light emanating from an open door to one of the buildings that a couple of people stepped inside. She glanced up at the sign above. "The Sleepy Serpent inn..." she read aloud.
She wasted no time entering.

Taking his hood of, Azmi walked over to stand next to the bench, making room for someone else to step inside. He can't help but eye the new stranger from head to toe. A rather strange looking figure he must admit to himself. "I don't mind rain that much, it's kinda...refreshing" he spoke quietly to Levian.

"I suppose to some it seems that way." Resting his head on his hands he continued. "I take your not from around here either?" His eye's wondered to the red knight in dragon based armor.

Doesn't it? i swear the year i turned 18 was the most stressful & depressing of my life.

"I'm the same... more or less, my home is a traveling entertainment troup, every so often i leave there & go off on my own... i'm depressed and have nothing better to do, want to join me for a drink?" Noticing his scar, she was reminded of the one she has and the memory of it.

Azmi glanced over his shoulder, surprised about the sudden change of his mates mood. "And i'm telling you again, i'm not a thief! The name is Azmi!" A little annoyed by the -good mood- he turned his head towards the bar again, getting his first order.

It wasn't even THE inn.
It was almost his entire life.

By a table, sat three individuals.
One, a man, in prime of life.
The other seat, an elf.
And on the other side of the table was a large hybrid, taking up two seats.

This hybrid was a puffer fish. His name was Bluto.

Him, and the Man were playing a card game, and the Elf was the dealer of the cards, making sure no one stacked the deck.

Claudiesa signaled the barkeep and ordered a strong dwarven whisky.
She shook her head at the two as they talked about making a good impression and not scare her away. She thought it should of been the other way around.
None the less it brought a smirk to her face, though it went unseen.

"There's nothing weird about it." He reached over & grabbed azmi's face trying to force him to smile. "You just need to show off those pearly whites, get into it."

Not amused by the sudden stretching and touching of his face, Azmi struggled to get away from the weird man "Hey now, hands off! I'm not a big fan of being touched!" with those words he quickly but rather elegently made a backflip, landing behind Levian. Just then his attention went back to the girl he just watched for a while, looking both respectful but nervous at her, eyes wide open.

Even more nervous as the elf called out to them, he stood up straight, shaking his head from left to right "No no! Nothing! Amazed by the long purple hair he tilted his head slightly, was it a man or a woman? It was hard to tell.

"Eh, people go to bars and expect to not be stared at, or try and pretend they didn't stare. Or think things are going to be quiet!"

He would swig his beverage.

"It's like going to an armory and complaining about having swords."

He would continue looking at the commotion. Letting out a hard laugh as he watched over the scene.

Max rolled his eyes and grabbed the nearest bottle and threw its contents at the woman who was being a real pain in the neck. “Lady, shut the hell up!! Some of us don’t like aggressive people who ache for fights!!!”

Yup i have to drop out now, have fun everyone!

Max rubbed his jaw and growled. “Okay, you psychotic bitch. You asked for it.” He whistled loudly and Ikios crashed through the window with a roar. “Ikios, you mind giving her a headbutt?” Ikios, nodding, slammed his head into Adaliah.

Claudiesa chuckled aloud but it contained no humor. "If it's a fight you've been really wanting, then perhaps we should all take it outside."

Max snapped at the guy behind him without turning his head. “Hey, buddy. Stay out of this.”

Trying to enjoy his beer wasn't look as a dragon suddenly busted through the window, rain staring to pour inside as well. The loud noise making Azmi almost choke, he turned around "This is really getting out of hand..." he quietly said to himself, looking over at Claudiesa with a small sigh "Guess for -taking it outside- it's a bit late now...." He stood back up, almost bumping into the long haired man who came rushing over "Well i don't think that anybody here is willing to apologize, but that doesn't mean that we can't still just go our ways, i'm more than not willing to pay for any damage here" He pointed towards the window and the now annoyed and angry moob of people who enjoyed there time in the bar till just now.

(oh boy, look at the time, i've been here for almost 3 hours now...so much for sleep, now it's 5:30am for me X'D)

Kawatta was walking in the rain myopically when he reached an inn. as he arrived, he saw a dragon. At first he thought he was daydreaming. AGAIN. But after a minute, he was sure he wasn't daydreaming. With extreme curiosity, he entered the inn.

"Ah see there be dragons in these parts.....Best be swipe a hard drink be'fer anyone figures out ah'm too young....Lets go Sou!"

As Kawatta walked in, he heard the large clamor inside. Seeming to escalate endlessly. His split personality, (The one he calls 'Sou' ) Spoke.

"I can not stop you from indulging in life enslaving vices, so go right ahead while the others beat eachother senseless. Since it seems there is a big hub bub of fists and.....Dragons?..."

Kawatta smiled widely and walked to the counter, trying to find an unwatched mug of liquor lying around.

"Ain't like ya to let me do what Ah want Sou. ya must be really tired'r somethin'"

(Kawatta is 16 years of age btw xD)

Max snarled, “Lady, one thing you should know: Never pin my dragon down to the ground or you’ll regret it.” He inhaled a deep breath and blew out a fireball the size of a grapefruit at Adaliah.

Claudiesa was buffeted aside by the dragon. She snagged at Azmi's sleeve to pull him out of the way of the chaos.

And I thought I was gonna enjoy a drink. She thought in her mind.

Bottles and mugs flew everywhere, tables and people being boled over by the dragon.

(I just noticed that Adeliah and Kawatta both have split personalities xD)

(Yeah, Kawatta's are split in two lil pieces that quarrel contstantly and get on peoples nerves xD)

Being pulled away by Claudiesa, he instinctively grabbed the purple haired mans rob to pull him along "Yeah we should get out of the way now, this will not be pretty, i'm sure of it!"

(no i just picture Haruko ready for an epic move to save everyone and Azmi just pulls him away like -nah, no time,need to get out breh- X''D)

Max rolled his eyes and said without turning, “Buddy, Ikios listens only to me. He won’t cause any damage unless it’s to my enemies.”

Bluto just sat there as dragon flames, mugs, beer and fists flew behind him.

He would then get up, and leave a coin at the desk.

He turned around to see the commotion, increased in size.

Claudiesa looked at them both. "What we need is an intervention! This is beyond just a scuffle, people could get killed!"

Azmi sighed annoyedly but could understand the mans feelings. Thought before he could even start thinking about a solution, it seemed that the elf girl already took care of buisness. "Well then, this should take care of things...for now. But i'm sure if we stay it will only get worse when the man and his dragon come back..." Azmi looked at Claudiesa and Hakuro "Shall we go?"

Max groaned and jumped back to his feet. “You psychopath!! Now you just made me mad!!” He quickly jumped on Ikios and flew into the air. “Fire!” Ikios and Max fired fireballs at Adaliah at the same time.

Kawatta had found a half empty mug of mead. His eyes darted back and forth to see if anyone was paying attention. Assured that no one was watching him, he grabbed the mug and took a huge swig.

"Well, the person-guy who finds his ol' drinks gone is gonna be so angry, his head'll pop right off his shoulders.....Gushing out all his-"

Kawatta was cut off by a fireball being fired by one of the people involved in the fight. His eyes widened and he hopped behin the counter. Spilling the contents of the purloined mug all over himself. He quickly sidled closer to some of the other bystanders in an attempt to find human shield.

"YIKES! Ah better hide behind that there big ladeh! she oughta be a good shield in case stuff gets hotter! This ol' counter won't stop a whopper like dat!"

Kawatta sidled the backside of the counter until he was directly behind Claudiesa and Azmi. He grabbed a bottle that was under the counter and stepped over. Approaching and standing behind the staggeringly sized Claudiesa

"CALLED IT!" He looked into the sky through the now completely broken down wall. "I don't know about you guys but i'm out of here, i had enough trouble for one day and i wil NOT fight a dragon and a crazy elf lady!" He turned around and made his way towards the hallway to get out of the inn.

Max quickly jumped off Ikios and nailed her in the head with a kick. “Lady, don’t underestimate me!!”

"Enough!!!" She roared as part of her form half changed into dragon. She latched on to Ikios's tail slamming the dragon back down to the ground. "We don't need the whole damn town caught on fire!" she said to Max, still in a half human half dragon.

Outside of the inn, Azmi pulled up his mask again and put on his hood. Giving one last look to the battle that now took place outside of the inn as well. He sighed heavily, looking over to the man who decided to get out with him. "Well guess it's just you and me now, huh? Ummm....who are you...by the way?"

Kawatta quickly stuffed the bottle into his pants. Since he had no shirt and only an overcoat, his pants were the only viable hiding place. After seeing that the big warrioress was involved. He scurried away after Haruko and Azmi. He did not want to get roasted. Just wanted to get a drink while the commotion was at its epoch. So without further delay, he followed them down the corridor.

"Don't mind me....Just kinda....Nyehehe!...Gettin' outa here! Ah ain't askin fer a bonfire!.......Come Sou! Ah ain't gonna wait fer ya!"

Kawatta ran up to Azmi. A smile on his face and something being poorly hidden in his tattered pants.

'Not just you person! You got Kawatta and Sou too! Nyehehe!"

Kawatta smiled widely as he rocked back and forth on his heels. Happy that he was not killed in the wild bar fight.
Rain bounced off his face and he did not seem to flinch at its cold touch

Max groaned and got shakily to his feet. “Lady, you are insane.” He glared at the lady with the dragon wings. “Great. Another Dragon Knight. Thanks for almost making my dragon into a stain on the ground.”

Bluto went to walk forward when a fire ball blazed by his face.

"HOLY-"

He backed up a bit slightly puffed up.

looking back and fourth, he made a quick run forward, hoping not to die.

As he ran across, he looked at the exit.

Though it didn't far before, now it seemed more challenging with all the action happening.

Claudiesa scoffed, glaring at the both of them. "You both have no self control." she growled.

She turned on Max. "Your dragon is fine. But having it cast fire down at a target," she pointed a thumb at Adaliah. "Amongst a town is un acceptable!"

"My name is Azmi, pleasure to meet you" he chuckled lightly "Guess you're right about that, but i don't think we should get involved anymore in this...i kinda like my body intact and alive" Sighing again both annoyed and rather sad, he started to walk off into one direction. "Well i'll be on my way now, take care." he waved goodbye, not really thinking about him wanting to join or talk much longer anyway.

Kawatta looked over at the girlish figure of Haruko and grins open mouth style as he spoke.

"Right you are Lady-Face! Them peoples in there are a blessin and a curse at the same bloomin time! Ah got what Ah wanted, but then got their fightin! Why can't people just be normal? Like me!"

At the word 'normal', instinctively Kawatta's split personality made him grit his teeth in a cringe. Since Kawatta's alter personality Sou knew they were FAR from normal.

Max’s ears twitched. “You’re one psychotic Elf. I can’t believe the first Elf I meet outside my village is a nut job.”

Kawatta nodded at Azmi as he walked.

"Yeah me too! Mah body is important! Oh- And bye Azmi-guy!"

Bluto made a run for it towards the exit absolute panic as the battle went on.

As he ran towards to exit, getting close, by now, he jumped out and faceplanted into the dirt, by Kawatta and Haruko's feet.

Kawatta turned his head toward the direction where he heard a large ""PLOP!" noise. To his surprise he saw a large in stature Hybrid belly flop the unforgiving ground. He winced at the sight of it.

"Oohhhh.....That musta'hurt! Ya okay fatty?....Or did you get cushioned by your wobbliness?....Cuz that seems like one useful ability!....Passive ability N shtuff!"

Max rolled his eyes. “Ma’am, I hate to be obvious, but she was the one who flung me and my dragon out through the wall. Did you really expect me not to retaliate? Besides, I know that but I’m a self taught Dragon Knight. Didn’t exactly have a manual on dos and don’ts of being a dragon knight.”

Max groaned. “Ikios, scoop up as much mud as you can and put the fire out.” Ikios quickly got to work on it and managed to put the fire out in five minutes.

(Man, had to think of something. Sorry.)

Kawatta skipped next to Haruko and copied verbatim his movements and bent over the same way. Even though it was unnecessary to do so because of his height. He was fairly short. He smiled widely as if trying to look more important next to Haruko. Grin wide and full of feigned pride.

Hearing Harukos voice, Azmi stopped walking and looked over his shoulder to him. Kawatta looked over at Haruko and smiled widely back at him. In reality, Kawatta was attention hungry. Even bad attention pleased him. But just the act of being acknowledged made him happier. He contied to look down at Bluto. Awaiting a reply from the massive Hybrid

Claudiesa slowly reverted back to her normal form, letting out an annoyed pent up breath.
"This is not how I thought this day was gonna go."

She stared down at Max, an ominous tone to her voice. "You brought the dragon into the equation, all of this damage is on you. You're self taught, huh? Well lesson one, excersise control. All trained dragon knights are taught this."

As he got up he looked at Kawatta and Haruko.

He would pat his shirt.

He would pat the side of his pants.

"And I've got my lucky deck!"

He let out a hefty laugh as he felt lucky to not have died.

Kawatta laughed aloud with Bluto. Feeling the need to spread the laughter.

"Good to hear that Mr. Sploopy! Ya said ya got money?! Man, I ain't had that in 3 weeks now....Hehehe!...."

Kawatta turned his head to Adaliah, a bit worried at first but quickly distracted by the woman's rather revealing outfit.

"Oh, Hiya there Chainie! You done feeding random drunkards rage?....Cause' that got a bit rough ya know?"

He put on a big grin and stared at her. trying to look important. This was absolutely impossible since he had a alcoholic bottled hidden in his pants from the previous commotion inside

Claudiesa calmed a little.
Feeling that Max understood.
She held out her hand to him. "I'm Claudiesa. If you wish to be trained then Vepura is the place you want to be if you're serious about becoming a dragon knight."

Kawatta flinched at the sudden outburst from the previously jovial overweight gambler. Losing his formal pose he put on for Adaliah, He let escape him a squeel of fear.

"Eep! Don't scare meh like that! it ain't funny!...."

Kawatta slicked back his hair and tried to look proud and noble again.

"Where were we miss, Lock'em ups?.....ehehe!?..."

Kawatta copied Haruko's movement. Trying to also copy Haruko's formal diction.

"Kawatta, Just a single guy."

Kawatta grinned with his teeth clenched together in response to Adaliah's smirk toward him. He felt accomplished now. Then hearing her reply to the raging hybrid, he spoke aloud into the conversation in a from of a question. Directed at everyone in ear shot.

"Don't'cha find it weird that everyone feels the need'ta bring somefin' dark from their past into conversation like that?.....I mean, it just kinda feels like their.....Tryin' to get somefin' from ya......"

Kawatta made a suspicious face at no one in particular. A grin showing through his feigned seriousness.

He reached in his pocket and grabbed a hand full of cards.
Spreading them out in his hand.
He held it up.

"THIS was the inn AND my wonderful source of happiness, AND YOU AND THAT STUPID DRAGON GUY did THIS TO IT!"

He tossed the cards everywhere.

He leaned down and picked up the cards, mumbling.

"Respect, all I wanted today was a respectful, pretty, laid back..."

He'd look at the others.

"NON-LETHAL day."

He'd put the cards in his pocket.

Kawatta shrugged at Adaliah.

"Nah, Ah'm good! Ah'm way good! Since were on the subject of painful past experiences though, ah'm gonna presume ya were a slave or somfin' sappy like that, but anyway! Ah too had a rather destitute past! Ah was abandoned by mah Ma and Pa when I was just a wee toot scooter! And I have tried survivin' alone Kinda.....I do rely on peoples like you mugs! Nyehehe!"

Kawatta looked over at Bluto and tossed his hands in the air.

"Ya done don't need to be starin' at me all dairy curdling-like! I ain't done nothing' lethal to nobody but me self!"

"OHH SHUT YER' BLABBIN' MOUTHS!"

He'd then say in a mocking voice

"Oh, poor me, I had a rough past, Boohoo!"

He'd point at the inn.

"LOOK AT WHAT YOU DID TO MY PRESENT"

Kawatta could not help but start laughing. The sight of the overweight hybrid yelling with angry sweat and rain falling off him was all to amusing to him.

"B-.....Bweh.....BWeheh......BAWAHAHAHAHAHAA!"

Kawatta started pointing his hand at Bluto and slapping his own thighs at the same time. Trying to suppress his gut busting laughter.

Kawatta wiped a tear of laughter from his eye as he started winding down his mad display of laughter. Replying to Adaliah's statement lackadaisically. Waving his hand in the air slowly.

"Ah'm gettin' the impression it ain't. Nyehehe! Since ya keep on mentionin'it. Ah heard from a guy who heard it from a guy who heard it from his best friends mum-in-law who heard it from'er therapist guy thing that: "Often people who have troublesome pasts that haunt them often draw attention to them" But hey, who knows, could'a been a lie. Nyehehehe!"

"AH DON'T CARE IF YA THINK I'M A LOW LIFE, AT LEAST AH DONT DESTROY POPULAR AREAS AND INDANGER LIVES FOR A FREE PASS TIME. YOU CAN'T KEEP A COOL YOU-"

He stopped as he heard Harukos words.

His rage simmered down.

"Hmmm sounds reasonable..."

(Kawatta said something to Adaliah in my most recent post :D)

He let out an exhale.

"Ehhh.... This has happened before, but I've been to this one for awhile and thought it would hold...."

He looked at Haruko's hand.

He would hesitate, but then grab his finger with his full hand, as if it were a handshake.

Kawatta saw Haruko's clothing and thought they looked fancy. And since Haruko acts formal, Kawatta came to the conclusion that they had to be a Nobleman. And so with great haste, Kawatta sprung a selfish plan.

"So uhhhh....Haruko was it guy? Ya know, I am a starving homeless vagabond kiddo! You wouldn't be interested in the ol' adoption thing eh?....Cause' I could use a home. Mah belly is SOOoooooooo Empty....."

Kawatta was hamming it up. A smiling behind his false seriousness.....AGAIN.

Kawatta shrugged at Adaliah with. Trying not to destroy his serious look in an attemot to get adopted.

//Tries to push beach ball underwater in the pool but gets tired and stops.

"Hmmmm........"

He glanced between them all.

He'd nod.

"Ahahahaha! Perhaps, so!"

He would pat off the rest of the dirt/mud on his clothes, that he got from his previous faceplant.

Kawatta said mentally: "Hook. Line. Sinker. NEYEHEHE!"

Hopping up and down he yelled in response to Haruko.

"Yippee! Ah am no longer homeless! Thanks! Can Ah call you Da-doo? Or Pops? Or Papi? Or Fajha?! OOooh! Lucky day! Ah'm yer son now! Ahahahahahahahaha! Three course meals here ah come!"

Kawatta's face shot up in happiness.

"A grandma!? Ah have always heard of those! I have always wanted one! Just like ah have always wanted one of those donkey-horse things that spit a lot!.....HUH!? A lil sis?! Yay! Someone to play games with!"

Kawatta jumped up and down spinning in circles

(Yup! That's the big joke! Kawatta just assumed their economical class xD)

Kawatta was happy to get attention and hugged back. Little did he know, he wasn't going to be living in a mansion. His life would be 30x better than it was before. But it would not be the exorbitantly outrageous fantasy he had in his mind. Nonetheless, he would be happy NOT to be homeless anymore and to have people to take care of him.

"Ya'll better get in on this group hug! Cause ya probs won't get to hug me like this'gain without me thinkin' yer weird. Cuz ya are if ya try again Nyehehehe! A get a grandma! And a sis! Yipeee!.......Life is going to be GOLDEN!"

He would laugh maniacally at his triumph

"NYEHEHEHEHE! NYEHEHEhehehe! Nyahahahaha!"

(Kawatta is smart enough not to turn back on the only people unwise or strangely willing to adopt him xD He's gonna roll with it :3)

//Fell asleep in the pool and floats up. Face down and seemingly dead

He would walk over and pat their backs.

"Well, I'ma waitin' for you and your... son's departure."

He would smile.

"I sure am comin' along!"

He would pat his pockets.

"Got everything here!"

"Ah can't wait to meet yer sis! We'll play games! Catch some snakes! Poke em with forks! Toss rocks! Try and catch fireflies with out mouths! Oh! And learn to knit from Grandma! Life Is finally looking up! For me and Sou! Nyahaha! Right Sou?!"

Kawatta would change his voice over to a serious one in reply to himself.

"Tsk tsk. Still freeloading. Just in a more permanent sense.....Lowlife."

"HEY! Don't call me that!"

Kawatta quickly shook away the argument and tried to whistle nervously. No tweet emerged from his lips. Just the sound of a failed musical attempt

(We should continue this story of them getting to the village sometime, because these character interactions are amazing xD)

(That feels like a good place to end it! because then we can do the roleplay that takes place immediately afterward that shows Kawatta, Haruko and Bluto going to Haruko's village! :D)
