re; Don't worry I am not harming myself or anything. Just had a very stressful event on tuesday and that sc.rewed me up. Like it added a huge amount of extra stress to my normal weekly stress build. So right now everything is too much, I am extremely frustrated with myself, I can feel the huge amount of stress bubbling inside me, im having stress fever, i get angry with myself/hate myself just I need a break I guess..
But me being perfectionistic and having high demands of myself don't like doing that..
Because it feels like slacking off to me, like I need to produce things daily if I want to improve..
I'm sorry if I worried you, just ill be fine. Give it some time.
