I have had some years not doing art or anything, getting on color is a real first change to me. Depression is a pain, but no way it shall win ^w^
Punch that mean inside voice if it mess with you. (>w<)
It is quite hard at times, so just fight it with all you got.
It can be really draining though, so if you got any friends or hobby, do stuff. Not thinking on darkness can help a lot. Distractions. Making art. ^w^
Getting the emotions out somehowby blog or art. (*_*)

I sometimes imagin myself as sakura would and make my depression into some form to mentally use it as a punching ball. It can help the mood sometimes. Try it whenever it feels really though ;3
It is at least satifying if your falling appart to mentally destroy it.

Yeah it's weird, but it has been my only anchor somehow the last years. It is easier to punch depression in my mind these days... becoming a better figther

I just remembered I didn't respond about how to get Flipnotes on to Youtube! So sorry! Anywho, I export them as an animated gif file, then put it onto a computer using an SD card reader, convert the gif to avi (this makes the video look better - if you export the flipnote straight to avi on the 3DS it looks real crummy) Then using Audacity and Movie Maker and a little bit of editing I put my desired audio to the video and BAM - put it on Youtube.

Hope that helped... I'm no teacher, haha.
