what's that little bit of shading on the hind leg that doesn't really follow the line? idk it might be intentional but eh
and the glow on the orange glowy things could be more smudged?
and use a bit of light grey and add a bit o texture to the moon

while cell shading is definitely a great method people use to shade, using black is always no-it can be use on black (like fur, colors) but then again you can make lighter colors to make the black look like shading, it's pretty better to use other colors like dark blue or purple
the same things with using white
and besides that there's little shading on his body at night it's get's really dark but the only parts that should be lighted would be his head, neck, a little of his left arm and areas around his glowing orbs
uhhh other than that I think that's it
I'm surprised, out of a lot of people only you still draw your cupid :o

I fave part is def the face, and I love the composition.

For a Critique, the biggest problem I can see is with the general torso. It seems a little unstructured, as the hind legs are disproportionate to the front legs, and the elbows on the front legs are broken. A thing I've noticed is that the Legs and Arms on animals tend to follow the same "structural pattern" as humans, if that makes sense hh,,
