He's a teen who faces an on and off conflict with some punk druggies in his neighborhood. He switches from hanging out with them to being physically bullied by them. That, with the mix of the addictions he develops while hanging around them, causes his mental stability to spiral downwards and cause severe depression. He eventually commits suicide.
