Grown Up Saria ( A thought on OoT) by Corpsebrood

#LoZ #Zelda #Saria #OoT

Head was traced from my sketchbook, and I used a picture of the lost woods for reference.

This is what I think an Adult version of Saria from Ocarina of Time would look like.

I got the idea to draw this after I thought of some while playing OoT. Why didn't the Kokiri age? After the deku tree died, whatever magic that was keeping the village safe and them young was gone. That's why it's in shambles when you return as an adult, and (Cont.)

a new Deku Tree won't sprout until you beat the Forest Temple. Now, most other sources will say the Kokiri are just some magical race of beings who don't age. I say Bullsh*t to that. If they're magical, why don't we see them use said magic? Why are they able to leave the forest and not die (as seen in the credits of OoT)? Howver, it does say in the Official Nintendo Strategy Guide for OoT, that the Kokiri were basically lost Hylian children who found themselves in the forest. And I'm going to trust that guide, over Hyrule Historia, because the Official Strategy Guide doesn't have a fu*ked timeline. So, the Kokiri should have aged in those 7 years like Link did. I figure that Nintendo noticed this error in continuity, and tried to cover it up later.

I'm done rambling now. Be sure to like and comment if you enjoyed anything about this post. Later.
