Backstory: Laurentia has been born in the ruins of Bormick, and she lived with her grandfather, a powerful dark sorcerer that survived the magic war thanks to his necromancy, and her parents, whose dark magic consisted in clairvoyance mainly. She was only able to use her psychosis magic back then and had no ties with dark magic. She lived a normal, quiet life in the ruins together with her beloved family until, when she was still a young girl, militaries from Cobal started raiding the ruins. She saw her family getting slain by them to protect her, and to survive she used her grandfather's tome to shield herself from a spear thrust, which instead awakened in her sinister powers. The event had a strong impact on her personality, which made of her a woman that doesn't trust anyone easily and can't stand people taking things lightly, and she doesn't really understand the concept of having fun either.

She admires Alberich's ideals of peace, that she had long lost, which is why she decided to aid him in his duties as the Headmaster of the Library. She gets overly strict not only with the students, but with Alberich as well, due to him often getting too focused on his duties, forgetting to take care of his own health properly. She seems to mumble strange things to herself when she's alone...
