I decided that this thing would definetly be a chimera, with the bird and cat genes much more dominant that the snake ones, but the snake ones are still visable in the eyes, mouth and tongue.

I also thought that since it's a mix between a cat (a creature that gives live birth)as well as a bird and snake (Animals that lay eggs) that a creature like this is probably ovoviviparous, which are animals whose eggs hatch inside the mother.
