Wow! It is so cool to see fan-art of one of GHOST's songs! The shading and highlighting is pretty neat and the details of the hair are good! The style is also kinda cute, but I'd suggest using reference for anatomy, like for the arms. Flower's left arm shouldn't be longer than the right, and the way they are holding up the cake, which is drawn nicely, is physicaly impossible. I would also suggest further study of how clothes fold, and using references for that as well. I do like the bubbles, and I like the pose you were going for. Good luck! I'm sure she'll love seeing fanart of one of her songs! ^_^
