If you legit google Skull fire horse.

You'll get pictures of horse with skulls for heads, with fire/auras on there backs like manes..

Theres also a mod on Skyrim for example that gives you a horse with a skull face and fire as its mane

ive seen them made long before you made/introduced Ethorus's. Because of the whole headless horseman and horse of death thing ;;

Aye Death, ya, that is irritating, my species looks semi like your's but is intended to be more cat-like and less horse-like It's a WIP but I am sorry it semi resembles your's, i'll hange it up to be more of what its intended and less look-alike to your's again sorry.

The manes blending is wonderful! Its feel like an etherial firey, slowing wisp! The skull is gorgeously detailed and rendered, though I feel that certain parts could be shaded more deeply. The anatomy looks good to me, though! I like how the eyes are so piercing and how the blue effect emenates from the skull and ears slightly. Its a nice transition! I think it was a good choice for you to leave that negative space there in order to not crowd it so much, but, if you wanted, I think you could have put some faint detail in the background. Either way, its gorgeous! Your species must be fascinating. ^^ I'm sorry to hear that people aren't asking for your permision! Personal creations are very dear and you should be given due creadit. I look forward to hearing more about your species, though. :)
