The Nightmare king didn't have a very good day so far, but that really was he ever having a good day. He had found a bar and was setting on . A stool In his Human form, he had a glass in one hand

The dragon king, on the other hand, wasn't necessarily having a good or a bad day, seeing as most people just run and hide from him. Maldius is in his "human" form as well, although unlike Malice, he cannot hide his features, although for him, there isn't a need to hide his dark colored wings, slit golden eyes, or his unatural purple-tainted skin with the bright purple veins in his face and neck. He has his wings casually folded to his side as he enters the bar, quickly raising concern in any who see him, but Maldius only walks up and sits one stool away from Malice. He's only here out of curiousity though, a lot can change when you're trapped in a timeless word for... who knows how long.

Malice felt an increase of fear from others as an dark presence enter the room, but he didn't trun and look at who it was, he keep his Predator sense attuned to it seen we're the Darkness was going, the Nightmare king in disguise then glace over at Maldius when he sat down, looking at his features it was a good assumption that the man was a dragon shapeshifter and clearly corrupted // why would he be here and he set besides me? My Darkness is suppress it not possible to know what I am or can he see though that illusion? Then again it just might be coincidence // he thought to himself as he took a drink for his glass and set it down, for now Malice would act casual and Observer, he knows from experience and even his own intention that there evil that despises other evil

Maldius doesn't order a drink for the moment, but merely glances around, taking note of everything around him. "Hmm, so much has changed while I've been gone," he mutters, his distorted voice still rumbling like thunder, but not as loud. After a moment, his eyes then glance over to Malice, whom he assumes is just a young human, and he asks, "Now, what's a boy like yourself doing in a place like this? The drinks here smell rather... poisonous, moreso than I remember them being."

Malice smirked when the dark Dragon shapeshifter referred to him as a boy " I assure you I am no boy" he picked up his glass and look at the liquid inside " the drinks here are rather potent but still it takes a great some before I feel the effects of the alcohol " he takes a drink and set down his glass " it's an old habit, you could say in a previous life to come to a place like this after a disappointing day" he said casually then glance over at Maldius " the question should be what is someone like yourself doing here? "

The dark king of dragons turns his head to get a better look at the "boy," mildly surprised at Malice's statement. "No? You look like a boy to me," Maldius replies, then looks away as he thinks about his own life. "I, for one, have not come here for the drinks, more or less I've come here only to see just how much the world has changed. I've been alone, trapped in a world of unrelenting darkness for some time now, with my only connection to the outside world being my servant who's told me what's happened." The purple dragon shapeshifter pauses a moment in thought before continuing, "In my time as king, drinks were served in taverns, where weary travelers could rent a room for the night and a bard could be payed to sing... I stopped counting the days I spent in Tartarus when I reached fifty, but now I'm wondering, just /how long/ have I been away...?"

Like most creatures corrupted they are no longer the beans they once were and one been in solitude and now free...// Malice knew it was best to be cautious, he knew from his own experience the time he was let lose, he was a wild Beast with nothing but his instincts, but this creature beside him seen to have a mind or at least it seems...
" that an interesting story...it sounds like you had it rough, if you don't mind me asking why were you put in this dark place?" He inquired casually, his golden Griffin eyes look over Maldius again " it must have been a very long time ago, taverns haven't been used in thousands of years " he asked curiously

At this, Maldius growls darkly, and a faint red gleam in the pupils of his eyes seems to grow brighter. "A flying worm from outer space and his two lackeys turned my people against me and dethroned me, they thought they could imprison me there to cover their tracks," the dragon explains, curling his hand into a tight fist on the counter for a moment. "But they have already paid the price..."
Maldius goes quiet again when Malice mentions thousands of years passing, and he really considers just the amount of time he's lost, being in the dark world Tartarus. "I wonder if Elizabeth has changed at all..." he mumbles quietly, more to himself than anyone else.

Malice took I noticed in the change of aggression in the dark Dragon shapeshifter, he tilted his head up " a worm from outer space?" He mumbles to himself. The Nightmare king listen the rest of what Maldius had to say and pick up his mumbles. Picking up his glass " is this Elizabeth a mate of your? I do not know how long your kind live but if you have been away from that long she likely has moved on or is dead from old age or other means" he said bluntly and took another drink, to a Nightmare having an attachment to someone like that was pointless, it was a sign of weakness that could be used, and more on the point a Nightmares instinct was to kill the ones there from self loved...

"Hmph," is all Maldius replies to the Nightmare's remarks about his queen, but he doesn't take it to heart. He can feel his queen is still alive, he's the one responsible after all, she's just... hiding from him, somehow. "Well, you've asked me several questions, I believe it is my turn now. First and foremost... what is your name?" the dragon king then asks, turning to look at his companion.

Malice sat down his glass and smirk " it's Urufu, a king Griffin shapeshifter " he didn't give his real name there was no need for it, as far as he knew this individual was not suspicious of his true identity." I gave you my name, what do you call yourself? " He inquired raising brow

The dragon shapeshifter can't help but snicker and smirk when Malice gives his alias name, although he doesn't know that. "'Urufu,' what a ridiculous-sounding name," he remarks, then replies, "My name, though I doubt it carries any weight with it any longer, is Maldius."

Clearing his throat the Nightmare king in disguise then glared at the dragon shapeshifter " Maldius? Clearly it does not, I have never heard of that Name before and if it's something of importance i would have known about it"

If I wanted a name like that, I would've picked Fenrir, not a name that sounds like someone trying to speak with a mouth full of food."

I know that about Ice, but you haven't mentioned anything about how he's involved with Mal, whether they used to be buddies, Ice was his former servant, if he's just some random guy that Mal picked up, or if you've come up with something XP )

Hmmmm I never thought about that part, well I might need to think on that more, Ice would have known Mal before he was corrupted but how they meant and him become his loyal servant I'm not sure on.... maybe Mal save him or his family and he swore loyalty to him after that? )

Interesting// the Nightmare king folded his arms loosely " Dreamers...the way most describe them similar to a deer like creature but the size of a horse, with bright flashing colors and cloud main and tail, they are able to shift to any form before 10 and after that they are locked with a alternate forms they have chosen for themselves,... they were Name Dreamers because they could walk in others dreams and even manipulate the dream but that something they have not been able to do in thousands of years, not since the curse of the Nightmare was placed on them" he glanced over at Maldius figuring he ask about Nightmare next so he just say it now " Nightmares is what happens to a Dreamer when it becomes corrupted with Darkness, you see Dreamer are creatures of light magic but when that Light get devoured by Darkness the Dreamer body because twisted and corrupt, A Nightmare is know for the hole in their chest where the Dreamer hearts one was " he explained

Malice had and was still sizing up Maldius, he could tell the corrupted King was powerful and pondered what would happen if they both got into a fight, and if he be focused to use his true form or not. The Nightmare king though we're brought back with the dark king question, and Malice look at his glass realizing the effects of the alcohol in his system and that he had miss step in his flash of rage, he passed for a moment contemplating his next move before answering "... Urufu is the name I pick because the person I was died a long time ago, I started a new life with a new name" he said, and lend on the bar with elbows and folded his hands

So what I'm seeing for Ice so far, since Maldius is more armored in his human form, and Ice is a servant, maybe he wears black and blue clothes rather than armor? He isn't just any servant though, he's the servant of a king, so maybe it could have some white or gold embroidery on it. I can kind of see him having wings too, but I say that's up to you. Like most of your boys, he'd probably have black hair XD Maybe it could have some dark blue highlights to it? He could have horns like his true form, too.)

Malice narrowed his eyes at dark Dragon shapeshifter " my pass is my own..." He said bluntly then folded his arms " but if you must know I was prince trapped under the Shadows of my brother and father, but that all changed the day I died and was born again as a king " he said and when to pick up his glass when he heard a very familiar voice one that greatly annoyed him, and the Nightmare king took his fingers through his hair and growled " that filth always find me" he then realized there was another voice one the Nightmare king did not know.

" And then I was digging thought my bag for an antidote, to give to my master, the poison in his system was making him all kind of loopy, he couldn't even tell how many claw I was hoping up!, So I gave him the antidote and the first thing that popped in my mind was I should get a Spoonful of Sugar to help it go down" A man with spiral horns, black and frosted blue tipped hair said, he was dressed in nice dark formal clothes on, he wore cape but at close look was actually wings folded on his back.
Omen busted up laughing "haha that sounds awesome! I have to remember that next time I patch up Mal, he could use sugar to balance out his saltiness" the Vaseterm grinned as the two walk over to the two Mals " Hi Mal! You should meet this Awesome guy I just met! He knows a Mal to!" Omen said to the Nightmare king, who back was turned to him.

Malice's had a very, Very annoyed angry expression that grew the closer the Vaseterm got, the Nightmare facepalmed and did an angry groan when Omen said the nickname the Vaseterm had for him, he was trying very hard to ignore that Outkast

Black ice beamed seen his master "Master! Look who I found out gathering information for you! This is Omen Vaseterm a magic horse type creature, or that is what he said he is "

The corrupted dragon king listens to Malice's story with an eyebrow raised. //So, he was the envious son, who likely murdered his family for the crown?// Maldius concludes with a grunt, his only reply being, "Petty."

Then, he hears the voice of his faithful servant, and while normally he would be pleased to see him, the conversation he briefly overhears is of a certain memory the king isn't too fond of... Maldius turns around on the stool to face his servant and gives Omen only a quick glance as he replies with a stern voice, "Yes, yes, I see, but what /exactly/ were you telling this stranger before you arrived here?"

Thankfully Malice didn't hear Maldius remark or things would have gotten ugly...

Ice smile oblivious to his master tone " oh him" he points at Omen " I was just telling him about the time you get poison by that dead guy and how it made a little cuckoo until I gave you the antidote, and I said some other stuff but I don't really remember what know"

Omen was gawking at Maldius "Woah and I thought I was purple!
you are one PURPLE dude!" He grinned " it's a good color!"
Malice eye the exit plotting if he could Escape well everyone is distracted

His hands tightening into fists, Maldius nearly looks ready to smack Black Ice, but he only growls and gives his servant a nasty glare. "Black Ice, when you meet strangers on the street, you don't go and tell them the most /embarrassing/ moments in your Master's life, you fool! It's insulting!"

Sighing, the dragon king then turns to Omen, but notices Urufu's obvious disgust out of the corner of his eye, and remarks, "Purple is a good color indeed. I don't suppose... you are an acquaintance of Urufu's...?"

Black Ice gave an apologetic look to his master scolding him " I'm so sorry Master! I didn't know! Please forgive me sire!" He got down on his knees and begged.

Malice flinched and growled when Maldius mentioned him been an acquaintance of the Vaseterm, he slowly trun his head to Omen giving him a look that would kill, // you better not say anything!//

Omen grind big and padded Malice on the back "Oh Tofu here?!" He teased " yeah me and Mal are best friends! The bestest of friends!" He said probably
"....we.are.not.friends! Omen!" Malice snapped with anger and shook to get the Vaseterm hands off himself

After going quiet a moment, listening to Ice, Omen, and Urufu, Maldius looks back to his servant and waves his hand dismissively, "I'll forgive your ignorance this time, Black Ice... but don't let me catch you telling anyone that story ever again."

"... You keep referring to him as 'Mal,'" he then responds to Omen, "and while I have no doubt that you are not companions at all, the only name he's ever given me is Urufu."

Omen give Malice a hurt look at his words even though he heard them thousands of times over the years.

Malice look at Omen with cold Eyes and spoke in the dark language [ don't you dare say one word Omen or I will kill you] he threatens.

Omen grind and ignored the Nightmare threat even though he knew what he was about to say he probably get a pumbling for " well ya Urufu is his secret identity name" he gave a goofy expression will make his his fingers do the quote gesture " Mal real name is Malice, purple guy " he replied to Maldius cheerfully

As soon as the words left the Vaseterm mouth Malice got to his feet and grabbed Omen by his throat and lifted him off his feet, the Nightmare king eyes darkened [I told you not to speak and what do you do?] He growled

Omen squeak as he dangled his feet

Maldius casually leans back against the bar with his hands behind his head as he watches Omen and the Nightmare, and while he doesn't make a move to aid the Vaseterm, he does speak up again, saying, "Leave him be, what's the threat in my learning your real name? Do you think I'm going to uncover your secrets and offer them to any and all? Me, of all people?"

(Aww, thanks <3 It's just more annoying than anything, the power shuts off at random, when the ceiling leaks, we have to wait months or even a year for anyone to come fix it, the lights on the porch have gone out and no one's fixed them, you get the picture. We don't have the money to move though, so we just put up with it :p )

Malice glared over at Maldius he didn't like been told what to do, expecially by a dragon he didn't even know the dragon try intent was yet or why he was even here " trust is a fickle thing " he growled and drop the Vaseterm, he glanced over at Maldius his eyes still very Nightmare like " I do not know you so why so why believe what you say?"

Omen flopped down on the ground dramatically, Wings spread out as he rubbed his neck and coughed Black Ice Crouch down beside the Vaseterm " is your master always this way?" He asked curiously

Omen rubbed his neck before answering " Mal always grumpy but he not my master, he my friend!"

( that really smells :( I understand many many years when you had to go to the laundromat because we couldn't afford a new washer )

He leads close to Ice ear and Whispers " expecially when it comes to his past, Nightmares are really sensitive about stuff like that "
Ice nodded his head " oh, I see, so he has bad dreams and that why he so easily in a foul mood?" He ask in a whisper

Omen Chuckles quietly " well Mal does have bad dream a lot or what they call them 'echoes' there more like memories that come to the surface, Malice is a Nightmare there corrupt Dreamers, ( he explained a little more about the two species) "

"Ohh, they sound like interesting creatures, my master was one a cheerful lavender and rather fluffy before he was in prison and now he still very much purple as you can see just not Fluffy but very spiky" Ice replied in a hash tone.

The two were chattering and Whispering like little kids as the took seats at the bar
The bar tender was nervous already because of Maldius appearance and then Malice outbursts he hesitantly slave the two drinks when they waved

Maldius turns around on his seat and folds his hands on the bar, his golden eyes occasionally glancing over to his servant and the Vaseterm as he picks up bits and pieces of their conversation. "... Going back to the servant I mentioned before, this dragon here is Black Ice, he's been the only company I've had for the last... several thousand years," the dark king says, gesturing to Ice and changing the topic, "I take it this 'Omen' isn't your servant?"

Malice Narrows his eyes at the too // it figures another Dragon shapeshifter// "he must be a dedicated servant to stick around for so long..."
he said amd noticed Omen ordered a glass and was about to take a drink for it, but the Nightmare king quickly put his hand on the top of the drink, denying the Vaseterm his beverage. Omen thought up his hands and whined "Awww come on Mal just a little bit?"

" No this thing isn't my servant, he just a nuisance that Follow me around and enjoy making life as annoying as possible" Malice replied
Omen folded his arms and pouted " I am not a nuisance, you just don't like having fun"

Afterwards, Maldius turns his head to look at his servant and asks, "Why did you even bring him here to me in the first place, Ice?"

Malice pondered, he then glance over at the Vaseterm pouting like a child " that he does... unfortunately a very strong one " he murmured

Black Ice was about to take a drink from his glass when his master spoke to him, and he quickly set his glass down and turned to Maldius " well I wasn't the one to bring him here, you see I...well I got turned around "
" He was totally lost" Omen said, he noticed Ice glass unattended.

Black Ice frowned at the Vaseterm " I wasn't lost, I just forgotten my way back that all, I would have found him eventually" he tap his fingers together.

Omen laughed " you were heading out side of town, when I found you, in a panic crying about how you failed your master by losing him again "he lend against the bar and casually stretched his arms, keeping one eye on Malice as he moved his hand to Ice unattended drink.

Ice glared at Omen " I wasn't crying, I told you already I
had something in my eyes" he snapped.

Omen snickered at Ice knowing what he saw, he also had successfully stole the dragon shapeshifter drink, Omen glanced to the Nightmare who was rubbing his forehead with a pain expression like he had a terrible headache as he listened to the Vaseterm and Dragon talk back and forth " I'm surrounded by idiots" he growl in a somewhat moaned.

" Aways, I used my vision to figure out we're we needed to go, and would you guess luck was in are favor because you were at one of Mal favorite spot and he was here to!"Omen explain, then gave a devilish grin as he took a drink from the glass as the Nightmare was distracted with his headache

Maldius isn't surprised at all by the story Omen tells, he kows very well how his servant behaves, after all. Something the Vaseterm mentions piques his interest, though... "I see... but just what do you mean by 'visions?' Would you care to enlighten me on this?" //Black Ice did say he was a magical horse of some kind.//

He does notice how Omen steals his servant's drink, but he doesn't stop the Vaseterm.

It didn't take much for the Vaseterm to start feeling the effects of the alcohol " S-URE! PURPPPLE dude! You can tell me ab-out vision-s, " he slurs his words " me k-ind can see things, like St-uff in the p-aast, I can see what somethhhing h-appppened now but somewhere else! I can even see the FUTURE! but it always different " he explained very drunkenly.

Black Ice notice his drink was gone, and how little the Vaseterm had of it and he rised his eyebrow "he stole my drink? And how can anyone get drunk that fast?"
Malice eyes open hearing how Omen was Speaking, he took the glass from the Vaseterm before he could have anymore of the alcohol, " Omen what have I told you? Your kind can not tolerate alcohol" he scolded but not in the harsh tone the Nightmare usually use, instead his voice gave a small hint of nervousness.

" Butttt! Mal~ you always get thinks, I drunk I won't get
promise!" Omen whined Very drunk like.

Malice had a Stern look but by his posture one could tell he was being very careful about what he said and did around the Vaseterm " Omen you can not promise something that you have already done"

Omen laughed "I'm not as think as you drunk I am, Mal,

At first being very confused, the dragon king quickly becomes mildly frustrated as the drunken Omen explains his visions. //I could have asked him about Elizabeth, or even the humans, but how was I supposed to know he'd get intoxicated so quickly? ... How is that even possible?// Maldius ponders, and glances over at Malice, picking up on the nervous tone in the Nightmare's voice. //Is he... afraid? Of what?//

" c-ooome onn Mall~ let's ha-ve some FUN!" Omen slurred, then started to loudly laugh obnoxiously as a tail grew behind him.

Black Ice was confused and completely baffled on want was happening "is he growing new limbs? " He inquired.

Malice eyes widen knowing what that meant, he said a bad word in his panic, and bolted for the door
A dark energy was flowing from the Vaseterm as a second pair of wings bust out of his back

Ice was even more confused when Malice's cursed and ran for the door, he looked to Omen with wide eyes as the Darkness swirled around him " what in iron scales name is happening?"

( I was doing that the other day and that it was pretty cool just how much he has changed, and how much you have grown as an artist x3)

(I think the funniest part is how he's changed from being a hero to a villain, before I joined TDS, he was actually a lot like Weaver, he had a dark past, true, and he eventually came to remember all the evil he did, but he still tried to be the hero for his family and friends' sake. He was like the main OC of all my stories back then too, always running off to places to save people and lands from evil. Now he's an old corrupted dragon king bent on ending the world X'D )

(He originally started off as an Alatreon OC too, but that changed before I joined Colors :p )

Well My Mal almost 20,000 years old Omen roughly about 50,000 x'D I'm not sure how old your Mal is but for ever long he was locked up Ice was a round that time )

Seeing Malice get up and run for his life really makes Maldius uneasy, he slowly gets up from his seat as well and backs away from the transforming Vaseterm. "I don't know, Black Ice, but I feel we shouldn't linger too long... Follow me!" the king commands, running to the exit and throwing the door open with telekinesis. He only stops outside to shift to his true form, which, needless to say, sends many people running and screaming as well. //Today has been an odd day...//

Black mouth hung open for a moment before he could find the words to speak "what is that thing? We're did it even come from?!"
Malice's was in a nearby alleyway watching from the Shadows "that thing is Omen as an awakened being called the War Horse"he said keeping an eye on Omen as he staggers around still very much drunk

oh Lilly I been thinking, but for Sunday depending on all who show up, I had to change my original plans because of Fade and Turtle being absent but I have an idea how to get them into some action to if they show up, and it would make sense for the story to, but I was thinking about Sol taking control over Mal and have him try to kill the girls Alex,Eira,Mina, Crystals and purity and what I need your help with is he would call other Nightmares in the city to come, I already have my hands full and if you think that a plan, you can take over some of the Nightmares, I can even offer if any of the others would like to try one out to, what do you think?)

" no, but I was telling you that thing is Omen and he was bread for one thing and that is War, despite his childish antics he an ancient power that flows through him, and in this form that power escalates, I have seen him destroy a city with a single spell in his War Horse form though it was at night with the moons full" Malice said from the Shadows his eyes never left the War Horse.

" Omen finds entertainment in hunting others and unfortunately we are his prey, he can summon a variety of weapons and the Vaseterm speak words to cast their spells and he has a wide variety of elements but that is not the worst of his abilities" Malice explained, as he examined the drunk War Horse " we are lucky his armor doesn't have red marking on it /yet/ his aggression level is low for now, but when he gains red marking and the gemstones on him open up and look like eyes, Omen has the ability to drain the life out of others and give it to himself but with him being intoxicated this just makes matter worst, his temperament can be unpredictable " looking to the two Dragons now "attacking him my only make him send him into aggressive Rampage but running never helps as he said he can use Vision to find people... what he has intentions for you two I do not know but as for me, he finds it /fun/ to cut off my limbs or rip me from my frame but I do not think if he try that with either one of you, Ido not believe you could recover like I can but in his current state I doubt he realize that" Malice shifted to his true form of a Nightmare even though he rather not have it was his best chance against Omen " the gemstones on him are weak points a long with his tail but I don't recommend going for his tail unless you want to died " he said in his corrupted voice.

Omen trun around knocking a wagon with his tail and sending it flying, he spotted the two Dragons and grind behind his helmet " I have a dragon you were feeling! Doo~ you w-ant to play?" He asked even though he wasn't going to give them a choice anyway.

Ice had been Frozen in place " master it see us, what do we do?" He asked in a frightened Whisperer

Malice, you know this creature best, I can only suggest that you act in the way you feel is most befitting of the situation."

Spreading his massive wings and leaping high into the air, Maldius then responds to Omen's call, "I'll entertain you, Omen! Let's see you try to catch this old dragon!"

And to answer your question: I've been playing MH since the third game came out for the Wii in 2010, and that game was the first to introduce Alatreon, my favorite Elder Dragon. Malice assess the situation the option he preferred to use, was have the dragons distract the war horse well he makes a get away but he knew Omen would just trun it into a game and find him. The Nightmare pin his ears back he didn't knowing staying would be his best shot.

Omen squeal was distorted " yah! Letttt play!" The war horse stumbles as he tries to grab the dragon.

Black ice did what his master told him to do, he spotted a gemstone on the war horse and made a ice spear in his class, he took it that Chuck it at Omen.

Omen clumsily trying to grab Maldius but he Yelp when ice stab one of his gemstones, " something just bit me!" he nearly toppled over when he turned to see what it was, still very much drunk

Malice knew what the War Horse was doing, the Nightmare king come out of his Shadows " Omen is casting a spell!"
The sky darken full of clouds as lightning strikes wildly, Ice screeched as a Bolt almost hit him

The dark dragon king hovers above the War Horse, a few bolts nearly hit him, but he doesn't even flinch. "Really now... is this the best you can do? I can do the same, with lightning, fire, or ice," Maldius mocks, grinning at Omen before letting out a fearsome roar to the sky. The clouds above the transformed Vaseterm take on a menacing purple hue, and great chunks of ice begin raining down on Omen while Maldius remains unmoved, observing his foe.

Just like how most of your boys have black hair? X'D I think on average, most of my OCs hate the heat and either don't mind or enjoy the cold, but the ones I use the most are the exceptions (aside from Mal))

Well in the updated ref of him I put a little size comparison of Mal and a human, and I remember I saw that my Mal is bigger than yours going by your picture of him in the lore on Alphas and Ancients, I hadn't thought to compare Mal and Omen though. He's probably a bit smaller than Omen's War Horse form :p

That's pretty funny X'D I'm not sure how many boys I even have that I could reasonably give human forms, but I'm pretty sure most of my girls have grey/white hair
