Charles is losely based off of the design of characters from Kingsman {Two movies, and also comics...Allegidly}, and Proffeser Layton.

My boi's personality is as follows:

He's normally polite, and gives off a charming vibe, though once one gets to know him, he's actually less conformed than he leads on, usually spending some of his free time in solitude, writting or solving puzzles such as crosswords or sodoku. Other times, he attends parties or get togethers, often warming up to people fairly quickly; many times flirting with women. While there are strengths, there are also weaknesses, as he can many times give in to frustration, and blame others for his own mistakes.

Reply: Straight, though that isn't set in stone considering he's still a new character.

Galileo or Rui of Milk and Cookies. That, or your other related character, Judi.

With evidance, it is between those three, that, or this crush was a more recent thing. :T

Reply: Wow, really? I was thinking more toward Judi and second toward Galileo since Rui didn't have much but one piece of fanart, as well as Galileo, but there might've been more there.
Judi might as well be my final guess, but he seemed more likea father figure from the illustrations provided.
