This creature was drinking water from a lake when suddenly they began to vomit blood and holes formed in their throat.

They drank water laced with acid from a Venom spitter, The acid reacted with digestive fluids and began to burn it from the inside out.

Also, the next two pages of NaW are sketched I just have no motivation to draw lines D':
