Woah!!! Looks awsome!

This is very Tron-like, but the power buttons remind me of a video game consul come to life in creature-form! The lines could be more precise and cleaner. Some of the lines I feel should be slightly more jagged, perhaps, like the blue lines in te back ground. If they are meant to be wires, and not hard or rigid microchip pieces, then maybe add more lazy, looping motions, or have the go straight down, then coil on the floor. The white and blue lines of the power symbols are also a bit untidy. A nice trick is to make as perfect a shape as possible, then turn the streangth of the eraser down and make the darker-blue lines transparent that way instead of habing to try to get a perfect shape on your first try with a transparent brush. The white lines you could continuosky perfect, then just catefully erase any left-over imperfections. Otherwise, I think it's pretty nifty! You've made a very neat character! I especially liked the ripped arms. ^^
