The hair is exquisitely colord and rendered! The eyes are so soulful and everything from the pallette to the rendering feels so soft and angelic. The anatomy could be better on her body. It appears that her neck would be too short and her chest is disporportionately too big and round. The placement of the arms are okay, but they might be a little too scrunched up and high for her. The trees are very well rendered, and the flowers are beautiful, but they look like they were stuck on the tree hap hazardly. Wouldn't cherry blossoms be at the ends of the twigs with stems, and not laying in the main branches? It could be that you just made your branches too thick, making the placing of the blossoms looks off. Or this could be your way of not having to draw every single branch and twig and petal, which is good. However, when drawing trees you want to try to draw their shapes, not each leaf or flower individually. Look at a cherry blossom tree and see how it clumps up and spreads out in some-
places. Copy the basic shape of it, then you can start adding more details. If you want to stick with a close-up of the branches and show much more details and individual flowers on individuals twigs, stems, and branches, then I'd suggest making the wood part of it thinner. I'm not saying the tree is bad. On the contrary, its beautiguly colored, highlighted, and shadowed! The branches just look a little off to me. But, I'm no experts in Sakura trees, so maybe that is how they really look. You put a lot of work into this and it payed off with some gorgeous colors and rendering! Keep at it!
