The body & fairfin are good, but it's the head thats the problem. (From my point of view at least) give the head less mass, shorten the snout a little. dreamers heads & bodies are more dear like in appearance. the shoulders are to muscular as well, and legs should be just a bit longer.
Here the F i am giving random advice, but figured it was better then a sugar coated truth, which, you don't seem to interested in hearing right now.
I agree with Milk-and-Cookies, but, other than what she mentioned, it looks very slick! Perhaps the feet could be a bit bigger, or the upper leggs a bit smaller, but I don't know the details of the species, so you could be on point with those. The shading and lighting are very soft, helping the fairy-like creatures have a more fantasy story-book atmosphere surround them. The glow effect is good and the colors are beautiful. I think it was a good choice of yours to leave the background blank so as to not over-crowd the picture and take attention away from the characters. I don't know weather or not choosing to draw the grass selectively around the main creatures feet. It may have crowded the botyom of the screen, if you did decide to do that, or maybe it would have added deapth and continuity of placement between the two creatures. Overall, I'd say its a well, very pleasemt fairytail painting that makes me smile. :)
There are a million artists who dream of being nearly as good as you are - stop being selfish. This looks fantastic! Just take Milk's advice and you'll be a pro Dreamer drawer. x)
