Natalya is busy polishing one of the glasses while Soma is sitting in the corner close to the door playing Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin on her DS. Natalya is wondering when the player with the "X" avatar is going to show up.

*90s Boy Bands music playing in the background because it's 90s night!*

It's alright. I thought I had posted this too late.

//Soma likes all the Castlevania games. Even the crappy ones on the original Gameboy and Castlevania Judgment.//

Natalya's eyes locked on the two newcomers. "Hey, you two. What do you want to drink? I got alcohol for you tall glass of water and root beer for the kid if he wants any!"

Natalya raised an eyebrow at the dark haired kid. "So you're X? Jeez. I thought you would be taller." She quickly whipped up a vodka cocktail and put it in front of the blonde. "If you didn't get that statement, I'm Black Phoenix."

Natalya nodded her head. "I'm Natalya Ivanova, co-owner of this place as well as the bartender." Jerking her head toward Soma still sitting in the corner, she says, "And that little girl over there is my sister Soma aka Aziniah in the game."

Natalya shakes her head no. "Paul, or Rouge I'm guessing, mentioned you needed a job and that you probably wouldn't come during the day. We get slammed every night so anybody who is willing to work graveyard shift is more than hired. I just need to know how old you are so I don't get in trouble about what job I put you in."
Soma raised her head when her name was mentioned and waved her hand. "Hi. Sorry too busy trying to beat Death."

Natalya smiled. "Good. At least, you're old enough to serve in here. You're hired." She picks up a can of A&W Root Beer and puts it in front of Mamoru. "Have a root beer. It's on the house."

Natalya glared at Paul. "No offense, but I don't date flirts and hosts. I prefer professional skaters over flirty men."
Soma noticed a text from their mom saying that they'll be home in a hour and that Soma had better be in bed by then. "Natalya, mom and dad are going to be home in a hour. I have to get to bed."
Natalya looks at Soma and says, "Fat chance of that!! You still stay up until at least two in the morning even though no 14-year-old should be staying up that late!"

//can we get to a stopping point? I have college classes in the morning and I feel like I'm about to fall asleep.//

Natalya rolls her eyes. "Soma is an insomniac but still keeps good grades. My guess is she works on every bit of homework while she's still at school between classes and then when she gets out, she can play to her heart's content while still working on 4 or 5 hours of sleep."
Soma shrugged. "I like playing games. I just work fast. Besides, I never got sick ever." She then directs her sights on Paul. "I really wouldn't recommend flirting with Sis. She can give a tongue lashing like no other. Plus, she'll send you to hell in a hand basket."

Natalya thinks for a moment before replying, "How about tomorrow night? Shift starts at 8pm. Oh, and you'll be paid $13 an hour." She looks at Paul for a second before sighing. "I might give you a chance if you can beat me in an ice skating contest. If you beat me, I'll go on a few dates with you. If I win, you will be allowed in here only when Mamoru is working. Do we have a deal?"

Soma pipes up, "Talya was a former professional figure skater before an accidental skate-slash to her face had her put into forced retirement for her own safety."
Natalya groans. "Soma, there's a reason I don't talk about that. As for the end of your shift, Mamoru, your shift would end at 4am. We always have 8 hour shifts."

//Let's end it after your next comment. I have to go to bed soon.//

I'm calling it. I need to go to bed. Night.
