Info:
-Slightly transparent wings that have energy coursing throughout them (membraned and transparent- rare)
-Dull eyes (common)
-The hair is more fluffy than sleek/silky (fluff noodle ram dragon boi)
-Can control powerful lightning, which can easily cause damaging fires
-He's got scars for some reason boi (I seriously don't know why I just put them there)

I honestly would be scared if he were to be the one watching over me while I die but maybe that's just me *shrugs*
