I'm still working on developing Garth and Eilene's personalities, so I'll probably go for one of them. (Leaning towards Eilene though, since I've used her the least.)

I'm willing to use any of my characters, but Demetria and Hanako need some major development

I'm in a really villainy mood, I think I'll use Maldius! And maybe another OC on the side, if we need something imteresting.
I think we should throw them all in a city, too! XD

Heavy footsteps first are heard, then a few terrified yelps as Maldius makes his way into a moderately open plaza in the city. He hasn't killed anyone (yet), but who wouldn't run from the monstrous dragon with sinister yellow eyes, scales so dark a shade of purple, they're nearly black, and a distorted voice that rumbles like thunder? "Hmm... Disappointing," is all the dark dragon remarks, and continues on his way, holding his head pridefully despite the black mist that swirls around him.

A small koi fish dragon sits relaxed in a fountain. Her long tail draped over the fountain wall and her head resting on the bottom of the shallow basin. Hanako feels the rumble of footsteps and raises her head from the water, looking for the source.

Eilene, in her human form, stood at a stall full of various items, scrutinizing them with a keen eye. The vendor gave a long sigh and rolled his eyes, as the pheonix had been standing there for nearly half an hour. "Oh, hush." The Elemental Pheonix snapped, "That kind of attitude will get you no business, you know."
She was suddenly distracted when the civilians around her seemed to hide in terror--even the vendor of the shop. Her attention was brought to the large dragon stalking around the plaza, darkness radiating around him. "Well now, that's not something you see every day~" She hummed nonchalantly.

The purple dragon quickly notices two things: the voice of Eileen, which piques his interest quite a bit, but also the koi dragon who is just now raising her head from within the fountain. //Only the most interesting of personalities wouldn't flee from me, I wonder what these two are like?// Maldius thinks to himself as he approaches Hanako, a faint grin on his maw. "... It appears I have disturbed you."

(Not even my cat likes it when I have to watch the kids, she's tearing up one of the pictures the youngest niece drew for me... >.> )

Hanako lifts her head a little higher so she could see all of Maldius. She smiles politely, "The worst you've done is wake me from my nap." She sits up and shakes a few water droplets from her fins and scales. "What brings you to this city good sir?"

(that cat is scarily smart)

While considering whether or not she should approach the massive purple beast speaking to the koi dragon, Eilene glanced back at the shop she had been observing. The shopkeeper was now nowhere in sight.
//Oh... I'm sure he won't mind... He was awfully impatient, after all.// She snickered to herself, snatching a few of the more expensive items and piling them into her satchel.
The Elemental Pheonix then wandered away from the shop, pretending like nothing had happened... Though every once in a while, she glanced from the corner of her eye at the two conversing dragons at the fountain.

(Ah, phooey. I gotta get going for the night. I dunno if either of you are planning to continue this, but I know I'd like to. xP

He lets Eileen slip away seemingly unnoticed, and instead focuses his attention on the koi dragon in front of him. "Ahh, I've only come for a bit of sightseeing, I've been kept away from society for a very long time, you see. I was hoping to see how much has changed in my absence," Maldius replies casually, giving his wings a good stretch.

"That sounds terrible, I do hope you're are able to enjoy yourself why you're here." Using her wings Hanako pulls herself up so she's leaning into the fountain wall, increasing her height. "I know what it's like to be isolated, it's quite awful."

Maldius' grin widens as he listens to Hanako, and he shows a few wickedly sharp teeth off. As he goes to sit down, curling his long tail around, he says, "You? Isolated? How could a beauty like you end up isolated? ... Ahh, but where are my manners? I haven't introduced myself. My name--though I doubt it carries any weight anymore--is Maldius."

//She would likely be isolated because she spends her days sleeping in fountains,// the fallen king thinks, though he wisely keeps that to himself.

(Rude! You gross eggplant, leave my baby alone)

Hanako lowers her head awkwardly at Maldius' 'complement'. Her smile fades slightly as she recalls distant events of her past. "I doubt beauty plays favor in some's fortune. But yes, manners. My name is Hanako, it's a pleasure to meet you." Her long tail slides back into the water, some water goes over the fountain's wall due to how much space the koi dragon is taking.

(it took me a good 20 minutes to see it too XD)

"It's a pleasure to meet you as well, Hanako," the dark dragon replies, noticing the water that washes over his paws. It doesn't bother him, though, it's just water... water's not going to kill him. "You're the first person I've met today who I've been able to have a decent conversation with," Maldius adds, "Not even the store owners have wanted a word from me."

"That's a shame, you've been delightful so far. I've found that humans are very judgmental over small things." She looks over where stalls had been set up. "They're also very possessive over things, especially when they don't belong to them." Hanako sighs and brings her attention back to Maldius.

(Hnng, unfortunately I need to get going for the night, I can't stay up to 2 AM like I normally do because I need to get up early X'D Hopefully we can continue this another time, hopefully with Fluffy and maybe more people, too!)
