Ian is a little splicer boy who had lived with his pack happyly in the woods until humans came and hunted them down he had lost his arm but managed to escape since then he lived alone. Since he is pretty small and young also hurt he wasn't able to hunt properly for himself so became pretty skinny till Clarissa had found him and decided to take care of him.
