I've been around here since 2O13, and I personally don't see how people consider Colors 'dead'. There's still plenty of people and great artists here. The only thing I kinda miss is that lots of the famous artists from 'I3 - 'I4 disappeared or aren't very active anymore. It feels different without them.

Oh yeah, I remeber how alive this place used to be, I've been here for around six years myself. I remember TCG, Fuu, SalamencePaint, and a whole bunch of others who've come and gone. Back when it was normal to see five hundred likes on all the weekly bests, and there were so many people who commented and art traded. I used to frequent here everyday after school, but now there's rarerly anything new to see. Makes me sad

I guess I could post some painting from colors to dA. I was waiting to get a tablet so I could upload better quality pictures, but that'll be a while from now. I also post drawings to instagram, so I could post those too :y

I remember way back when colors was brand new. The Temple of Time painting that has several thousand likes, the lion, and even the one picture that was just a square or a circle on a blank screen, but still blew up. I could find hours of entertainment here, and never run out.
I remeber the eras; When acid art became big, people figuring out how to make playback videos, comics got big, that time where everyone got reported for literally no reason, and more.
I'm glad to see that after all these years, there are still some familiar faces

Ive been here pretty much since the Colors 3d app came out, and I feel the same as you. This place has gotten to be a bit depressing. I remember always looking foreward to your art. Because of you, Ghirahim still remains one of my favoirite Zelda characters. I was going to get a Wacom tablet for art(because drawing with a mouse is the most painful thing in existence), so one day, I may join you at DA.

Aghh so true unfortunately. Maybe if it let you upload tradi pics or other digital pics made on other softwares more people would come... The community is so limited and you're gonna be ignored if you don't own a 3ds...Maybe if it had gotten more promotion more people would still be here. Like, I found colours 3d because someone told me, not because of advertisements or anything:_) not many people know about it I guess
