If you've seen my last upload I mentioned this is one of my new characters! I bought them from my friend @Hatonni, who was doing custom character design commissions on DA. I picked blind, the original version of this drawing reached the playback limit so I had to send it to photos, import and trace it from there. Also I went and changed the title to Blind Phantom because I saw that other title sounded too much like the name of a certain Avatar character.
